About this property

Fantastic Views in east Boulder and Friendly Resident Owners

Our lovely pet free, no stairs, 1200 sf, Fully licensed (Boulder County STR-22-0017), garden level apartment located on the East side of Boulder has spectacular views of Boulder and the Rocky Mountain Continental divide. Our totally separate apartment (not shared with anyone) has an open dining, living and full kitchen that bring the outdoors in, are a compliment to the large bedrooms with one king and two twin beds. No stairs at the entry, a one level layout and wide doorways lend itself to being wheelchair accessible, but counter/sink heights are not ADA compliant. It is totally private with its own entrance, off street parking, heating, AC system, Wifi, full size laundry, BBQ, outside table/chairs with view of Boulder and the Rockies.

We have lived in Colorado most of our lives and are very willing to share with you information on points of interest in and around Boulder and Colorado. We are avid hikers, down-hill and skiers and cyclists. Boulder City has E Bikes for rent to use on it 300 miles (75 miles off road) of bicycle lanes and multi-use paths are available to enjoy. Walking the foothills and prairie opens views to birds, evergreen trees or rock climbers.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The place is beautiful and spacious and is well stocked. We especially enjoyed the Mountain view from the living room window and front porch. The little garden is a quiet relaxing little oasis. Reed and Carol are attentive, kind, and super fun to chat with.

Great lower level apartment in an excellent residential neighborhood. Clean, spacious, and very well-equipped with even a Koi pond visible from the living room and a view of the mountains visible from the front patio. Carol and Reed, the owners, introduced themselves and Reed even took me on a 20 mile bicycle tour of Boulder. The apartment is a short 10 minute drive from many different stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. Highly recommend!

A truly lovely space! Easy to get in and comfortable to be there. It was an added bonus to have some place to sit outdoors. I will definitely stay here again in the future when visiting family. And thanks for being flexible with our check- in.

Easy to drive anywhere in Boulder from this lovely listing. Accommodates were perfect with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking if you want. Quiet neighborhood with a great view of the mountains from the living-room or outdoor porch. I also had the pleasure of meeting the kind owners. We hope to return in the future.

Home was lovely with all necessary amenities provided. Home was beautiful and very spacious with lovely views and great access to Boulder. The outdoor koi pond and accessible bathroom were particular highlights for us. Owners/managers were very helpful and prompt to reply to any questions we had, going above and beyond for us! Laundry was on-site and easy to use with once again all amenities provided. Overall this was a fantastic stay.

We are actively engaged with a combined family (5 children, 5 grand children, 5great grandchildren), friends, bicycling, downhill & backcountry skiing, hiking, chorale singing, dancing, traveling...…and life in general. We are both graduates of the University of Colorado in Boulder.

We designed our house and included an apartment for our parents to live in when they needed assisted living.

We are warm and friendly and have lived in Boulder for 45 years and have a wealth of information about Boulder and Colorado that we are more than willing to share with you. Having three loaner bikes for those who enjoy the wind in their hair is indeed serendipitous.
