This pleasant 110m² house with terrace has a large plot of land with trees and flowers to enjoy the pure air of Pénestin. Slate roof, small fish pond, a few fruit trees... There is everything you need to relax with your family.

You will be able to have its equipped kitchen, its living room, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, but also 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs as well as a leisure / relaxation area.

Less than 10 minutes by bike from the magnificent beach of the Mine d'Or and 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre, you can also enjoy the surroundings, such as Vannes, Guérande, Piriac-sur-Mer, La Turballe, the Brière Natural Park, the island of Fédrun...

To guarantee quality logistics and preparations, we favour stays from Saturday to Saturday. However, do not hesitate to contact us if you have a different wish and we will see together what can be done to welcome you in the best conditions.

Super maison!

Maison très agréable avec un jardin magnifique. L’emplacement est parfait, possibilité d’aller au centre de penestin ou à la plage à pied ! Nous avons adoré!
