Not worth the price. The condo definitely needs some TLC. Paint chipping on furniture. Overall cleanliness was poor. Mold on shower curtain liner. Mold/mildew on the air vents. Baseboards were very dirty. Quilts were paper thin, got cold at night. Shower heads have too much pressure, stings your skin. There were no dish washer pods and only 2 kitchen garbage bags. Broken rocker chair in living room.

We loved the balcony and the perfect views. The condo was comfortable and convenient. Be sure you bring all the extras for the kitchen, as there wasn't even salt or pepper or a sponge for the sink! We would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our 2025 family vacation. The condo was clean, the property had things for everyone. We stayed at the lazy river as much if not more than the beach.

Great Condo

We have visited the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for a decade and this is without a doubt the best condo we have rented. Excellent amenities, location and furnishings. We are putting this on our list for the summer and future fall trips.

2nd time at Phoenix West and 1st time with this specific condo. Will add it to our list of rentals we enjoy. Location on beach is great and the condo itself is in a great location in town. This unit is on the 18th floor and parking only goes to 8 so you will be using the elevator quite a bit. We never had to wait a long time so that was a plus. Unit comes with starter of toilet paper and paper towels but we always bring extra so no issue when we ran out. Unit was stocked with enough dish’s, glasses and utensils. Also seemed to have a ton of pots and pans. I did bring my own crockpot which was good because one in unit seemed on smaller side. Overall very happy with the stay.

Excellent unit, very clean & well stocked. Loved the movie selection and games! View from balcony was amazing and we spent many nights having dinner and lunch out there. Pool was never overcrowded and the kids loved the water slide and lay lazy river. Having a ramp to the beach is so much better than stairs when you have a beach cart. Would definitely stay here over and over!
