This detached cottage is located near to Penhallow in Cornwall and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.

Trelydarth is a detached former farmhouse in the Cornish village of Penhallow near to Perranporth. The cottage sleeps twelve people and has three double bedrooms, three twins, as well as two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with a dining area and a two sitting rooms. Outside is off road parking and a private garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in peaceful countryside, but just a short drive to the beach, Trelydarth is a superb family holiday home in Cornwall. Note: Property does not accept workers bookings. Note: There is a £250 good housekeeping bond on this property

Welcoming house

Spacious property, lovely large kitchen and very well-equipped. Particularly appreciated the two separate living areas so we weren't on top of each other! Stayed over Xmas period and the house was nicely decorated. Lovely welcome pack from the owner. Unfortunate problem with boiler on penultimate day, but owner dealt with it as promptly as possible. Didn't really use the outdoor area due to weather but looks nice for summer. Would definitely recommend.
