This welcoming barn conversion is situated close to the Devon town of Great Torrington and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Primrose Cottage is a converted barn situated next to the owners' farmhouse and B & B, four miles from Great Torrington. This single-storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for one car, a patio with furniture and shared use of the owners' extensive garden. Peace and quiet is guaranteed at Primrose Cottage, from where walks, sandy beaches and lovely villages can be enjoyed.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
