A safe and comfortable place

We loved this location and the safety it provided for our family during our stay in Cancun. The host provided towels both for bathroom and beach/pool use. The place could use a few more pillows and blankets, but having A/C units in each bedroom and in the common areas was a big plus. The security personnel were fantastic and very helpful. The entire place seemed clean and well maintained. I would book this place again.

Great stay!

Condo was wonderful with beautiful water view and quiet location. Pool was wonderful and the beach is beautiful (although it is not the same bright blue clear waters as you will find farther north). Great accommodations and communicative host. Drinking water was complimentary but please note that the condo does not supply any basic spices/oils or dishwasher detergent, so we bought those ourselves. Overall a great experience!

Great place

We really enjoyed staying here. We thought it was the perfect location for us. The staff were awesome and very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining table fit all of us. Plenty of seating. There were nice storage options for clothes and things and having laundry machines was a must. The pool was dreamy. They need an updated picture, there isn't a bunk bed, it's a double bed. It worked well for us but should be noted. We had some difficulties with the air conditioning but I'm sure they will get it fixed promptly. Overall we loved it and thought it fit the seven of us nicely.

Despite almost daily communication with the property manager as well as guarantee's that our requests would be met, they did not follow through.Essentials such as dishwasher detergent, dishtowels, dishcloths were not provided. Nor were basic cleaning supplies for bathroom.Appliances were new but the furniture was extremely weathered.The property is secluded and met our expectation with a nice pool. Rental car is a necessity.

Luxury living in Cancun.

The private pool and beach of this property are amazing. It feels like you have your own private resort. The building and lobby are beautiful very modern feeling. The unit itself has a gorgeous view of the ocean and has everything you need for an extended stay. The closest real grocery store is about 20 minutes away. Be prepared to bring some grocery bags with you or purchase some while you’re there. The far end of the hotel zone is about 25 minutes away. there’s a very nice paved sidewalk if you want to run or walk along Avenida Kulculcan. There is really not too much that’s within reasonable walking distance and we had rented a car which came in handy although parking can be a little bit tricky. The staff is friendly and does an awesome job keeping everything looking clean and fresh.

ACTIVE BLACK MOLD

Our excitement of the condo quickly vanished 10 minutes after arriving. My daughters were each checking out their rooms, when I suddenly heard my oldest yelled, “mommy”. I immediately knew something was wrong, as she evacuated the room in a hurry. Upon entering the (1st bedroom/bathroom, left of the entrance), I looked up and saw BLACK MOLD! I immediately called the property, who ask that I send her pictures, of which I did and in addition I also sent a video. I told her it was not safe for my kids to stay in the Condo and we checked out the next day. Fortunately for us, we were able to book other accommodations at last minute. The property manager assured me that she will offer a refund. This has been since June 18th, 2025 with no resolution. I called, emailed and sent messages on WhatsApp, inquiring about the status of our claim. I have heard NOTHING back. I held off on giving a review, hoping they would make things right. So, we had to pay for accommodations twice for one vacation. I am still open to hear back from the property manager and/or Vrbo.

Many problems/ SHORT OF A SLUM

Check in was difficult. All information of the process was not provided. The contact person hung up. I had a Spanish person call for me. Upon entrance to the Condo, I found the the dry was broken, took a couple of days to get it fixed. Garbage disposal did not work sink was backed up with food left from the people that stayed before us. We had to dig the food out with a large spoon. No one came to fix it. we and 8 people, we were given 3 face clothes to use. I had to purchase some. Not enough linen. I purchased additional throws for cover. THIS WAS THE WORSE. 5 DAYS OUT OF 6, WE HAD NO WATER PRESSURE NOR HOT WATER ALL DAY LONG!!!! THE SUPPORT WAS NONE EXISTING. I .WENT DOWN TO THE POOL AND TOOK A SHOWER. tHE CONDO WAS VERY PRETTY. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF IT WAS KEPT UP. THIS MADE ME FEEL THAT MY MONEY WAS TAKETO STAY IN A SLUM.

Spacious, comfortable condo in beautiful building

We really enjoyed our stay here and even tried to extend our trip but unfortunately it was booked after us. The condo is more than comfortable with everything you need- big rooms with nice beds, bathrooms for each bedroom, laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, awesome fast WiFi (we work remotely), great pool, beautiful lobby, and a really nice gym (which we loved using, sometimes 2x a day!). The building is gated and very secure and we felt completely safe. The staff were all wonderful, we had perfect communication with the host Armando, and Azael the property manager was so kind and available for everything we needed. We chose this location because it is a bit off the main hotel zone in Cancun but close enough to drive in (or take a taxi). This also helps keep it affordable-but keep in mind buses don’t quite make it here so you’ll have to taxi up to the first (last) stop for buses at The Westin. Also we were a little bummed the beach was covered in algae & seaweed which was a bit stinky at times (although they are constantly working on clearing it). We asked staff about it and they said it was seasonal. We didn’t go in the ocean at all from the condo but used the beautiful pool everyday (you should see our tans!) and drove up to Playa Langosta or Playa Tortuga to swim with the kids. The view of the water from the condo is stunning and we were lucky enough to be here during a full moon, which illuminated the sea at night and was a really lovely bonus. Highly recommend this condo.

Good price, definitely have a car

We got there early and had to wait in the lobby for about 4 hours which usually would not be an issue but lord it was so hot. No AC in the lobby or gym so expect that. The room was nice and spacious. We had a but of a struggle as there was no dishsoap, and half a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. When i reached out to let them know they did not give us enough I was told it was not a hotel. But to begin with the started pack given was half used…. We ended up buying cleaning dishsoap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towel. Trash bags were also nowhere to be found which was annoying since we had already grocery shopped and honestly did not feel like house/grocery shopping while on vacation. I’d definitely recommend keeping it stocked and charging people extra vs not having anything available or barely anything. Pool was really beautiful. This place is a bit farther (about 10 minutes out) then most of the touristy areas so I recommend having a car especially since its gated and they recognize the car, etc. just is easier to have your own car.

This property is a dream come true! We only had 3 guests but this place could comfortable sleep 6 with plenty of space! The entire home is updated and the view is to die for. There is pool access, gym access and beach access that has awesome hammocks! My favorite part was the security. You cannot access this building without being let in by a guard who has a copy of your ID and knows you are a guest! $30-$40 USD will get you anywhere you need to go for dinners and entertainment! Jeje and Armando were 10/10. They organized drivers, a nurse to come to our place to do a Covid test, assistance in working some of the technology in the home and even how to order a pizza! I would not even think about staying anywhere else!

Beautiful Property

Torre Peninsula is a beautiful property and the condo was very nice! The kitchen was definitely fully stocked with everything you could think to need. The rooms and bathrooms were all nice and roomy. The balcony had great views, the beach area was so relaxing and the pool was amazing! We basically had it to ourselves our entire week long trip. I would definitely recommend staying at Torre Peninsula while in Cancun!

The apartment is fully equipped and the pool was ours almost excusively. It was perfect, especially in this pandemic. No crowds at all. Armando was so helpful; he gave us all the information that we needed and even suggested some places to go. The beach is peaceful but has algae. We had the opportunity to see a baby turtle make its way out to the ocean (a great experience).

It was my first trip to Cancun. My friends and i speak a little Spanish but not much and we had a great time! The view was spectacular. The service in the building was great as well. Everybody is so helpful that not speaking Spanish that well wasn’t a problem. We felt safe the entire time and that was because of how open and great with communication Armando was. We have already booked another trip to Cancun and plan on staying here annually. We absolutely loved it !!!
