This a great condo and Tiffany is a great host! Great facility and great location. We loved the screened porch overlooking the lagoon and the convenient, short walk to the beach. We definitely hope to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place! It's perfect for a beach getaway. The villa was well decorated, updated, and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the screened-in porch while drinking our morning coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The beach was a quick 3-5 minute walk, and when we came off the beach, we took a dip in the pool, which is right across the street. The entire Palmetto Dunes resort is beautiful. Tiffany was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I would absolutely stay there again!

I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and her rental. I’ve rented here for a total of three years. Sadly, the one year I didn’t rent from Tiffany was because it wasn’t available when I needed it.The place is warm and comfortable. Tiffany provides everything you need for a vacation including beach towels and chairs. In addition to that, check in was simple and easy. Although I’ve never met Tiffany, she gives off a great vibe. That vibe makes you want to take care of her place better than you take care of your own place. The unit is close to the beach and right across from the pool/hot tub. I don’t think you can ask for anything more. I’m hooked and will continue to rent from Tiffany for as long as this unit is available.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this condo over Thanksgiving 2025. This condo was extremely clean! And fully stocked- we felt right at home. The beach was very close by, the screen porch was lovely! We’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times and this was definitely our favorite trip so far. My parents stayed in this condo previously and also had a similar experience. Highly recommend!

Lovely Villa with Lagoon View

We greatly enjoyed our January stay. The villa is nicely decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. The location is quiet and within easy walking distance to the beach. We particularly liked the views of the lagoon from every window and both porches.

Beautiful lagoon view

We enjoyed our week at this condo & the view of the lagoon. Beautiful sunsets from the back porch in the evenings, a short walk to the beach, and a clean & comfortable interior. Overall a nice choice for our family.

Perfect Get Away

This unit is in a great location overlooking one of the canals on the island and also an easy 3-5 minute walk to the beach! The grounds of the property are well maintained as well. The unit itself was very clean and the decor is well done! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and welcoming villa. The location is spot on for us — a short walk and/or quick bike ride to the beach. Pretty lagoon views and easy access to the pool which is right across the street. Plentiful bike racks and parking too. The villa had nice decor, two porches…one being screened in (total plus), a spacious and open floor plan/layout with amenities that fit our needs. I would certainly recommend this charming villa and hope it’s available in the future when we return to our happy place…HHI!

Great place

We loved staying at the house. Peaceful setting on the back decks. Two master bedrooms are hard to find. Location is great, beach was a short walk. We rented bikes and rode the beach to harbor town. House is well equipped for cooking.

Amazing property in a great location. My son enjoyed fishing the canal from the dock and my wife and I enjoyed a peaceful glass of wine by candlelight on the screened in porch. The location was perfect, tucked away in a shaded location, but still a short walk to the beach. The safety of the gated Palmetto Dunes community comforted us and the kids loved riding their bikes up the the general store for breakfast or ice cream. Thank you for sharing your property with our family, we had such a wonderful trip!
