Responsive host, the unit was very spacious, clean, contemporary and perfect for our group. Easy drive to and from Astoria. Would be happy to stay here again.
We came down with friends to fish sturgeon. The house was great because it had enough rooms/beds for our group of 6 to stay. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but far enough out that it was quiet. We would stay here again.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Nice location, parking was a bit of a struggle for bigger vehicles but otherwise easily handled. Would be nice if a broom and dust pan or vacuum was provided.
Fronting the marina with plenty of parking. Well appointed furnishings with lots of seating on main level.

From the owner: "Thank you for your wonderful comment. Yes, Kimberly is the best! Hopefully, you got to see some Elk and the ships rolling by. If you didn't do it this time, next time walk down to South Jetty or Bouy 9, or FishMongers. They all have great food and they are all within 2 2-block walk."
We were 8 adults in Oregon for a wedding in Astoria. This was the perfect home. 10 minutes away, lots of space for relaxing and no issues with so many adults all getting ready at the same time.Beautiful views and nice trails for walking. We would definitely recommend this home.
This was a great house for 6 of us to stay with our dog. The kitchen was excellent - very roomy and it had everything we needed. We could all fit in the living room on the couch, and the outside deck was also a great place to hang out. There's a very small spot of beach within walking distance of the house. And we had a great view of the water. Also nice to have so many bathrooms! We all felt like this was a terrific place for our stay. I highly recommend it.

From the owner:" Thanks for your review! Just to clarify that this property offers high-speed internet and a smart TV, so travelers can log in to their own streaming accounts. Cable service is not provided."
From the owner: "Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful views. We hope you had a wonderful stay and would love to welcome you back in the future!"
We had a great time staying at this property. Very clean and decently stocked.
The only issue is there are 3 flights of stairs, which can be kind of a pain with older people stairs.

From the owner: "Thank you for your review! We're so glad to hear you had a wonderful stay. We appreciate your feedback about the stairs. We hope to welcome you back in the future!"
From the owner: "Thank you, Richard, for staying at our home. Did you see the Elk? Did you see a cruise ship? Did you walk down to the nearby restaurants: Bouy 9, South Jetty, or FishMongers? I hope you come again. You can also access Fort Stevens State Park on foot. At the NWC of Hammond Marina (1/4 mile), there is a small trail on the south side of the locked gate. It leads you to all of the historic forts, and the Fort Stevens Museum is only about 3/4 mile further from this gate due west."

Nice coastal experience
Very nice place to stay. There are stairs to climb. Very spacious and open. Everything is clean and looks new. We had 13 elk come out one night and graze and laze. Just laid down in front for a while. We experienced the Goonies 40th celebration. This place was just a short drive to Astoria and could get to Cannon Beach in 30 minutes.

Thank you for staying with us!
Glad to hear you enjoyed the space and got to experience such a special visit We'd love to host you again!
The townhouse was great, modern and clean. The host was not very helpful, however, and I contacted her twice with no response. Finally I called the reservation people and they told me to try texting her rather than calling and emailing. When I texted her, she responded right away but was still not helpful.
If anything the pictures didn't really do the proper justice. It was more than we expected. Spacious but not overly so, well furnished, and great views and access to the harbor and Fort Stevens historic area. The beds were such that a couple of the adults did not sleep well, but that's fairly subjective. And the kitchen was weirdly stocked, like no toaster (the next door unit had two maybe things got shuffled?), but had the essentials.Lastly I'd note that there are individual AC units in some rooms but no central AC. We could open the windows and quickly cool the space, but if it's extremely hot it may be harder to cool some of the rooms.Overall though we're very much enjoyed our experience and are already thinking about a stay next year!

Better than expected!
This house was perfect for our group of 6 over Thanksgiving. We did a lot of cooking and chilling at the house and loved having so much space. Although the pictures are accurate, I told everyone that it might not be as big as the pics made it look. I was wrong! The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you could need, and there are a lot of bar stools for the usual congregating in the center of the house. The couch is huge and cushy, too. Yeah, the furniture is a little funky and not very beachy, but beds are comfortable, and it's nice and quiet. That's not always easy to find at the coast. So nice to stay at a clean and new house at a reasonable price. Thank you!

From the owner: "Thank you so much for your review! We're so glad the house worked well for your group over Thanksgiving and that you enjoyed the spacious kitchen. Thank you for choosing us and we hope you visit again!"
1st impression - shocking. Completely empty place. Started trip ticked off, shocked, annoyed. Property mgr Kim, thankfully called me back right away and i asked her to come over, which she did. Apparently we were in the wrong unit. I should never have been able to get into it. Kim said its the same access code on all the properties and i told her i was uncomfortable with that. She assured me it is just she and i that have the code. Still, unacceptable. Kim said she would change them and i don't know if she did wver did.
