Your family will be delighted to find themselves just moments away from a plethora of attractions, dining options, & entertainment

Note: Maximum of 8 adults. Children must be under the age of 14 to sleep in the bunks and under the age of 12 on the top bunks. All year round.
Large Kitchen area for entertaining with open plan adults lounge and dining.
Straight onto the large, sheltered deck for alfresco dining Rokino Lake House boasts 4 large bedrooms offering a bedding configuration for up to 14 guests.

The kids can have their own space with the second kids lounge equipped with games and couches.

Back yard offers large play areas along with a spa for the enjoyment of guests.

Whether you are a group of families wanting to enjoy a weekend away together or a group of adults looking for some down time, Rokino lake house is the spot for you.

Sorry the garage is not available but there is secure storage for your bikes and lake toys

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

This is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood and close to everything.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from

Family Getaway

Amazing house for our two families to spread out over 4 levels , a few stairs to negotiate though . Kitchen great to cook up a daily feast for us all , Bbq easy to use. lounges & deck made for lots of seating , Bunk room was awesome for older & young kids , spa got lots of use. access into house . Host easy to contact cheers

Spacious location with a Great Lake view

This place was perfect for families or a large group. The back deck has a stunning view of the lake, and the place was comfortable and clean. Our only complaints were that the upstairs master bedroom did not have an air conditioner, so you had to open windows at night which Left us with some bug bites. Also, we were disappointed that the dryer did not work so we had to hang our clothes out to dry, which took extra time. Otherwise, we had a great stay. This is a quiet area, so if you’re looking for something lively, or you might want to stay closer to the heart of town.
