Brand New, Modern Oasis suite with Coastal vibe

Welcome to Your Island Oasis!
Your newly renovated basement suite is the perfect home away from home—an inviting retreat just 20 minutes from downtown Victoria and only 5 minutes from Bear Mountain and Thetis Lake. Pls ask for time slot prior to your arrival to use the pool and backyard 2 hr time slots available https://calendly.com/jessica_pedder/2hour

We live upstairs with our friendly French Bulldog, Hugo, and our sweet rescue dog, so you may hear a bit of happy dog energy during your stay. Please note: there are stairs leading into the suite, so it is not wheelchair accessible. The bathroom features a standard bathtub/shower combo with a safety handle for added support.
Please be advised that this property operates on a fully self-catered basis. While certain amenities such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods and toiletries are provided, This is a starter pack as we do not supply more than this.

We host girls weekends, Birthdays and any other occasion!!! Pls contact host and let us know what occasion and we can add a special touch to the place!!!! Varying from decorations to chocolates to a special bottle of wine for a romantic stay..

Superb stay in Langford

The house was fantastic and newly renovated with plenty of amenities. It is really comfortable and Jessica is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend this place.

This has been a wonderful stay for us, our dogs and teens. The suite is very well done, great layout, beautifully decorated, excellent standard of cleanliness, very accommodating hosts. This is also in a great location, downtown and great hiking a short drive away. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend staying here! It had absolutely everything that you needed and more. Communication was on point! And the backyard is a dream. There’s plenty of space for everyone and it is so nicely decorated we will definitely be coming back!!

This is a basement suite with residence above. Not suitable for someone like myself who is 6'5 There are isted rules on walls. I specifically rented a Vrbo and payed what I considered extra money to have a place to ourselves yet the owners live on property. They were friendly and communicated timely. There was a beautiful hot tub onsite for homeowners but a small 2 man blow up one for guests..

Little Oasis in the city.

Checked in for a weekend for a family gathering.This space was amazing would love to come back in the summer.Amazing back yard.. hot tub was added bonus. All the things you'd have at home are here. Comfortable beds, lots of towels deep tub for soaking. Kitchen was stocked well. Hosts were great. Lots to do in Langford, but only 20 min town if you want to venture out. Welcome basket check in was a bonus and the basket full of charging cables... great idea.

A Perfect Home Away from Home in Victoria! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Victoria! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and fresh everything felt—it even smelled brand new. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need: a washer, dryer, dishwasher, pots, pans, and all the essentials. We were especially grateful for the complimentary coffee and tea station—it made our mornings feel extra cozy . To top it off, we were welcomed with a lovely gift that made us feel so appreciated right from the start.Our host was exceptional—so warm, hospitable, and responsive. Communication was seamless and easy, and anytime we had a question, we received a quick and helpful reply. The stay was overall good. The place was clean and check-in was very easy and smooth.One downside was that we couldn’t use the patio—it was covered and quite dusty, so it didn’t feel usable. Also, it was the first time we were required to do the bedding laundry ourselves, which was a bit unexpected.Other than that, everything else was great and we had a pleasant stay.

We have 2 dogs that live upstairs. A French bulldog Hugo and Stella our rescue. Very friendly and loving. We are easy going love to entertain and the outdoors. You might hear the dogs playing every once in a while, they love being outside during the summer.
