The first bedroom features a King size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon sofa that can be converted to another bed. We had a nice time. The house is in a neighborhood which is mostly full time home owners. A bit noisy with dogs, kids and regulate family stuff.We three are all adults and no kids but a little ESA dog. So I was hoping for a more insulted area.The kitchen is not as fitted our as I would have liked. But we had a few meals and did enjoy our time together.Rafael, the handyman, was very friendly and helped us with a little ant issue.The property manager Mitchell was responsive and has another property he recommended for us in the future. So all is good!

The location was not what we expected. Crossing Hwy 1 to get to the beach was a little scary. We had to drive everywhere , which we didn’t expect to do. Now that we know better we would stay on the ocean side. Also, the view from the front window was misleading; the view pictured was the mountains but in fact it is a construction site. The house was infested with ants. We had to store our food in the refrigerator to protect it from the ants.. The house did not have a warm cozy feeling about it, more like a place to have breakfast and leave. It did have an enclosed back yard for our dog, which was a plus.

We loved the location of this Morro Bay Beach Cottage, and that we were able to bring our pup! There’s a great dog beach about a 2 minute drive from the house, and a quick trip to the Cambria Christmas Market and San Luis Obispo! Also, a quick drive into the town of Morro Bay for a delicious coffee and breakfast.

Nice yard for pet and beautiful walking neighborhoods around the house! The side houses are a bit close so we smelled some cigarette smoke and heard lots of other dogs. The location was great and I walked to the beach with my pup. House was simple and got the job done !

The house is excellent for traveling with two dogs. The location is 1 mile from the dog beach and it has a fenced backyard. The neighborhood is walkable (with some hills if desired) if your pups are not too tired from the beach already.
