Dog-Friendly Solar Cottage, Bay Views, 1.5 Blocks to Beach, Fenced Yard & Decks!
Go GREEN while you go to the beach! Enjoy the Bay Views from this cute Dog Friendly Solar powered cottage! Dogs under 50 lbs welcome! Located just 1.5 blocks to the Ocean with a fenced in back yard, enclosed porch, and 2 relaxing sun decks. The second floor deck has a lighted retractable awning, 1st Floor Bedroom and three additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor including and en suite bedroom with bay views and private deck! Ground level screened room. under home - great for crabfeast or evening meals. We are safe walk to the beach, Starboard, Woody's, Nalu, the New Grotto's is on our eastern corner of Read Avenue.
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
