The unit was clean and all the rooms were perfectly furnished for a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 young children). We were hoping to be able to get into the unit earlier than the 4pm check-in, and asked if that was a possibility, and they said yes! Very family-friendly. It was too cold for the kids to get in the pool, and they were disappointed, but we found lots of activities to keep them busy. It was a lovely Easter week at the beach.
