The building was completed in 2020, so everything is shiny and new. Millstream Manor has a lovely 2,000-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Langford, along with a bonus view of the famous Trans-Canada Highway. The open-concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout. There is a BBQ and a fire pit for your own use.
Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $850 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $200.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
