This modern, luxury, quiet, and peaceful property, is ideal for families or larger groups, across three large bedrooms, with spacious open-plan living and stunning mountain views. This property provides ample space for cars and boat parking. If you`re looking to relax, explore or play there is something for everyone, with nearby attractions

Access instructions will be sent on the morning of your stay.

The home is located in a picturesque rural setting.
It is a 9 min drive ( 5.3km) from Whakaipo Bay Recreation Reserve and 14 min drive ( 14km) to Kinloch. A 15km drive ( 13min ) to Taupo Township.

We do not stay on site, however a team member is available throughout your stay.

Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
We will ask extra guests to leave or will terminate the stay altogether without refund, if this rule is broken.
