While I would love to say this was a great place to stay I can’t honestly say that and we will never stay here again. The master bed was COVERED in dog hair the head board and the sheets had black dog hair all over it. There was dog hair all over the house and while we booked it because we came with our dogs (which are both non shedding). I had to go out and buy new bedding for the bed and clean everything myself. With just vacuuming the bed and the rug in the master the vacuum was over half full of just hair. I had reached out to the property manager and they did stop out while we were done and didn’t want to come in since our dogs were there which I understand. I continued to follow up multiple time and they never stopped back to try to clean the house.

I already responded to this review with the property manager. While responsive, the property manager stated that the upkeep of the property was out of their hands. I strongly feel that this property should NOT be rented until the owners take reasonable, fair and balanced responsibility for the egregious items not fit for a rental property and any guests being welcomed to this property. I let them know that the lack of concern of the property managers and home owners for providing guests a home with rusted and broken appliances, for guests not able to use the dishwasher due to concern for bacteria/iron flakes, broken door latches around the pool area, disarray around the property making it look like upkeep is not a priority either; but, only for it to be a money maker for the owners is a slap in the face to all who on good Faith want to rent the property and work for their money.
