Located just one street back, its a quick two-minute stroll to the sand, offering lovely sea views from the upper living area and balcony. Perfect for families of all ages, friends, or a romantic escape, this charming, two-story beachside retreat embraces a beach luxe vibe with bright, airy, open plan living and room for up to 10 guests. Cozy up during winter with a bold red or roast marshmallows under the stars at the fire pit (wood not supplied)or enjoy year-round comfort with split-system air conditioning on both levels. Sunny's truly is your ultimate coastal escape, providing comfort and relaxation for every season.

The home is designed for effortless seaside living, featuring two spacious living areas, three generous bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The heart of the home is upstairs, boasting an expansive open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully appointed kitchen is a delight, complete with modern appliances, a dishwasher, an electric stove/oven, and a Puratap for fresh filtered water. Start your mornings right with the included pod coffee machine. The upstairs master bedroom offers a Queen bed,(with a porta-cot and high chair in the built-in robe), a full bathroom, and a spa bath—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Downstairs is ideal for separation and fun, featuring a second large living area perfect for kids, two more generous bedrooms (one Queen, and one Family Bunk with a Double on the bottom and a Single on top), sofa bed and roll-away trundle with a second full bathroom. For your convenience, we provide full laundry facilities, including a washing machine, along with a vacuum, iron, and ironing board. Outside, enjoy the fresh sea air in the spacious green backyard, fire up the BBQ, and hear the iconic Cockle Train puff past in the distance. We provide all the essentials, including quality linen and towels. Don't forget your surfboard for the famous Middleton Point or take a short walk to town to enjoy the friendly village atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
