wonderful views, outdoor shower, private, fiber optic high speed internet, large flat screen tv in main room, tv in king bedroom, air conditioner, large deck, outdoor seating, beach chairs, beach umbrella, paddleboards, NO PETS per homeowners association, max number of guest 6. One king bed, one queen bed, two bunk beds with full size on the bottom. Two refrigerators, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee makers (newest Keurig), blender, mixer, oven, microwave, ice maker, full kitchen set up, bathtub, shower, towels, sheets, pillows, comforters, Weber gas grill, smoker, blackstone, air fryer, green egg, patio umbrella. We supply kitchen cleaning supplies, paper products, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, etc.

Beach Getaway House

Wonderful house secluded in a small neighborhood with private beach access. The open concept house and large deck made for great dinners and beautiful sunsets. Not far from Silver Lake Dunes or Muskegon. Would recommend and will be returning!

Beautiful beachfront home

We had the most fun time at this amazing beachfront home. The home is immaculate and nicely appointed. Terrific fully-stocked kitchen, wraparound deck with grill and outdoor eating area, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The beach is even closer than the pictures suggest. For more beach exploration, Meinert park has impressive dunes and shoreline and is a short walk away.

Lake Michigan Beach Heaven

Sara's house is absolutely fantastic. Super clean and updated. Very short walk to beach, you can still hear the waves from house. Excellent beach. House has everything you need to enjoy the week--grills, implements, beach and outdoor toys, etc. Tucked away in a private community, it's a fantastic place to spend some quality getaway time. Responsive and gracious owner. Highly recommended!

Donald and his wife are excellent renters! Left our cottage in perfect condition and are respectful people. I would absolutely rent to them again and hope they will come back. They are exactly the renters everyone would love to rent to.

Even better than pictured

So fortunate to find this listing. Views and beach access closer than picture. Wide beach this year. All the toys chairs beach towels kayaks SUP bikes games to entertain. Extremely Clean and wonderful decor. Owner very responsive. This is truly a home and not just a rental. Hope to return again. Views so excellent stayed in to grill every night as hated to leave this perfect house. Outdoor shower great! Every amenity you could ask for in this listing. Charming!

A perfect beach paradise!

This place was absolutely phenomenal! So clean and inviting; we felt at home instantly! The house is so well stocked with everything you could ever need for a beach vacation, all you need to bring is your swimsuit! Truly!!! The owners have thought of everything! The furnishings are beautiful, beds are super comfortable, and the views are out of this world! We will definitely be returning!

Great getaway!

Very enjoyable week-long stay in this clean, cozy, well-appointed property in Montague. Wonderful deck and outdoor space with great views of the lake (as well as from the main living area). The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Tip of the cap for great internet, access to paddle boards, gas fire pit, and numerous other amenities. Located in a quiet, private neighborhood, this was a great spot to get away from the city and recharge.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

This was a great find! Very quiet community, beautiful property, and excellent host. We had the whole the beach to ourselves. Highly recommend!!

We are a family of five, three adult daughters and my husband and I. We are looking for a renter who cares about taking pride in being a good renter. My husband grew up coming to his parent's cottage in Lost Valley since he was born. We purchased our place in 2017. We enjoy sailing, paddle boarding, tubing, walking on the beach, enjoying time with our kids and friends. We spent two years remodeling. We have a water treatment system installed, ceiling fans, new beds, bedding, furniture, good internet (yes- you can zoom call). We spray monthly for bugs inside and out. We have youtube tv, netflix, hulu, amazon prime, showtime and a sonos speaker along with two desk to work at. We really love our place; we want renters who will feel the same. We live in Colorado for most of the year. We are not interested in renting to several families because of wear and tear. We are looking for renters we can trust. We want renters to have a memorable vacation.

Why they chose this property

Our place is private. It is surrounded by trees from both sides. Beach access is at the end of our driveway. The beach is large and clean. It is perfect for any outdoor games as well as relaxing in a beach chair.

Our place is clean and quiet. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, appliances. We have a spice cabinet and staples items. The second fridge in the basement is great for extra ice and drinks.

The outdoor BBQ area includes a Blackstone with air fryer, weber grill, green egg and smoker. There is also a large outdoor dining table, outdoor couch and many lounge chairs.

The outdoor shower is amazing!

The views are gorgeous, perfect view of sunset. Surround sound speakers with connection through any smart phone.
