Lovely little bach right by the sea. Everything you need for a relaxing stay at Castlepoint. The communication with the host was excellent and the check in instructions were on point.

Million dollar views, Bach had everything you needed, we spent alot of time on the deck watching the sea, boats coming and going, a seal on the beach, lights on the light house at night and only a couple of minutes walk to light house.

Absolutely fantastic location. Nice and spacious for any family and being able to take the dogs was a big bonus. Anna was always super quick to reply to any questions we had which we really appreciated. Only downside was the heating and whilst there were 3 heaters available we struck a very cold spring weekend which needed a better solution.

The quintessential kiwi holiday home. All the basics and absolutely stunning views of the ocean and lighthouse. Everything we needed to escape the rat race and relax. We'll be back.

Stunning views in a stunning location - we loved just being able to walk down to the beach each day. Going in the middle of winter meant we needed heating in the evening/night and the heaters available weren’t quite up to the task - recommend winter visitors take extra blankets. Some wear and tear across the house and the tv was good for dvds only. Take a book, a pack of cards and you’re all set. We had never been to Castlepoint before - we’ll definitely be back again!

Perfect location on the beach and very close to the lighthouse. We loved the sunny window seat! No WiFi but there's a good selection of dvds and some board games. I'd happily stay here again.

Fantastic position and beautiful views, couldn't ask for better. We had a great time here, some maintenance issues that affected us such as the badly maintained drive that broke the bracket under the exhaust of our car but if we ignored these then it was a very relaxing holiday. You won't be disappointed by this lovely little house.

The location was amazing! Beach front with a very short walk to anywhere you would want to go in Castlepoint. We walked everywhere. Very cool classic kiwi bach. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Location right above the beautiful beach, stunning views and easy access. We didn't see or read that you need your own Linen but got it sorted. Anna is very helpful and Her Batch is comfortable and well set up.

Easy to find, easy to get in, amazing view, one of the best in Castlepoint I think. Large coffee plunger :) So many books, games and DVD's- I would love to be stranded there for a month! Host was wonderful, thanks so much for having us Anna.
