This quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath, upper unit of a duplex is right in the middle of all the Balboa Peninsula has to offer, but tucked away in a cute, quiet neighborhood. With a very large deck with lots of seating and a BBQ, this home is perfect for your next family vacation.



This upper unit is an inviting 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with an expansive veranda and a beautiful vignette view of Newport Bay. The kitchen is open to the living room which hosts a sleeper sofa and is complete with granite counters and an island. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space with a queen bed in the first bedroom and a twin sized trundle in the second. The bathroom has a granite vanity top and a tiled shower complete with a frameless glass shower door. The deep garage has room for 1 car (6 foot 6 in. clearance, no SUVs) with an automatic opener and a newer stacking washer and dryer.



Just a short walk to the ferry for shopping and dinner on Balboa Island, a stroll through Balboa Village or a walk to the end of the Pier. You can even launch your stand up paddle board a few steps down Fernando Street. Located in the heart of Newport Beach this property with an over sized lot has it all!
