Cozy Renovated Condo - Walk to Town & Beach!

Welcome to the Haven Haus!

You'll be sure to enjoy close proximity to downtown and beaches, as well as all of the upgraded amenities inside. The main level offers an open concept living area, complete with half bathroom. A renovated kitchen featuring nautical blue cabinets, stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops has all of the items needed to prepare a gourmet meal! Hosting will be a breeze with the kitchen overlooking the dining and living room areas, as well as the attached balcony. At the end of a long day at the beach, retreat to the second level which offers the home's two bedrooms and full bathroom. The main bedroom offers a King adjustable bed and the secondary bedroom is ideal for two children with Twin single beds. The full bathroom is between the two bedrooms to offer a bit of separation.

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is walking distance from everything in South Haven. Would stay here again when in South Haven.

Great place to stay! The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Wish I would’ve thought about needing to bring coffee for the coffee pot, but luckily there’s great local places to stop in town to pick some up. Only complaint would be for more parking lot lighting at night.

Great location to walk to shopping and beach. We drove to the beach when we spent the day, little far to carry all our stuff! Will definitely come back!

We had a great stay here. Two adults, two kids. Plenty of room. Excellent location convenient to South and North beaches. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing I would add is that it would have been nice to have some basic shower essentials on hand like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. But overall, a terrific stay. Thanks!

Cute little home near downtown

Overall the impression of the home is slightly bigger online over in person. The only concern was around cleanliness for 2 reasons. The only one I will mention is that there was a dead bug on our pillows upon arrival. Otherwise great start!

Lake Michigan long summer weekend

We were 3 women/family members staying for 5 days to enjoy the nearby towns. The apartment was comfortable and mostly as advertised. Good location, quiet, spacious. Huge closet in second Bathroom, nice mirrors in rooms which were handy for 3 women getting ready. The communication prior to arrival was not great as we emailed the realtor office which was our contact to ask if there was a hair dryer or iron and did not get any response. Unfortunately upon arrival, neither of these items were in the unit which was disappears they are pretty standard. The only other area for improvement is that it was Much Warmer upstairs than down (we had the AC on and it was chilly downstairs but stuffy upstairs. Overall a nice apartment and good stay but a couple of things could be optimized. Thank you
