Week Vacation

The condo was very nice. Beach view was great. Pool and spa was also very nice. We had a wonderful time walking the beach and enjoying the warm weather.

Needs updating

Very disappointed in bedding &,mattress completely worn out flat no support (very old)Purpose of a vacation is to relax and refresh Couldn't with such bad bedding Including pull out sofa bed Again mattress so poor flat springs popping threw into my back(wasn't a option to sleep on either)also sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable to even sit on (very worn)Pictures make it look nice but it's time to replace as well. Only supplied 4 wash cloths & 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels of low quality and having to wash them every other day is not what your expecting to do on vacation Also has closet with no hangers so unable to hang anything Over all nice place a great location but needs updating as mentioned above

Long Weekend getaway

We loved our stay at four winds! The unit was just as pictured, clean beautiful view of the beach. This is a smaller property which made the beach feel not as crowded. Would stay here again !!!

Very good experience

We really had a great stay. The location was amazing, the management company checked in every few days. We extended our stay without issue. The unit was on the smaller side but the kids liked the bunks and it was just fine with us. If I had any complaints they would be the pool isn’t well lit and the hot tub wasn’t really working but it was also 100 degrees outside the entire time so really didn’t care that much. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay again. The location is amazing! Do not hesitate to stay there

Great Place

Very nice condo, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, such a view and quick ocean/beach access. Four Winds has an outdoor pool but not a heated pool or hot tub and it does not have a work out facility. But it does have free parking so that was a plus. The Internet and WiFi worked great and there is a lot of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. I hope to stay there again.

Short Vacation

Overall our short stay was great! Having previously stayed at Four Winds back in 2006 I was very familiar with this condominium. The water was beautiful compared to the first OB experience. This room was on the small side, it's not really great for all adults, there were 4 of us, we had a disabled individual and the walker barely fit through the hallway between the bunks and the kitchen area. If your looking for a small condo this one is great! No waiting on the elevator, easy access to the stairs, plenty of carts for loading/unloading and close proximity to grocery, restaurants, and souvenir shopping. I would for sure stay at Four Winds Condominium again.

Great room but access access a problem

We were on the third floor. Not a problem if the elevator is not being replaced. This issue is understandable but should have been made known up front. This was a significant problem for my wife who is recovering from open heart surgery. The third floor pushed her to her physical limit. Had the room been on a higher floor We would not have been able to access it. According to property owners at the Four Winds this issue is not new. In fact it has been this way for months. I’m disappointed that this situation was not disclosed up front.

Overall lovely trip

We enjoyed the condo and the beach. Beautiful views. Comfortable bed. We brought most of our food so needed to use the kitchen a lot. It lacked all that we needed to prepare meals. We had to ask for a pitcher and they brought one. We brought a watermelon but could not cut it as there was no large knife. No full set of measuring cups or baking pan. It wasn’t clear up front that all they provided was one roll of toilet paper, so we asked for another and they said they would bring it, but did not. So just know before you arrive that you need to bring your own. Bring garbage bags too. No hangers in the closet either. We asked for some and they brought them . The management company was responsive, but we had to call them 3-4 times. Don’t know if these missing items were the owners decision, but it was inconvenient. I think there should have been something to hold onto in the shower also. We also had to call for the beach gate code. It wasn’t posted anywhere or in the emails. Would have been nice. As long as you know all this at the beginning, it will be an awesome vacation. Can’t beat the sunsets. I hope this helps some other family to have an awesome time. We did.

Maintainence Issues

Patio Door Broken. Could not go out. Called in to fix and no one came.Window Rod in Bedroom fell down. Looks like it was not put put up correctly.No follow up call at all for these issues.
