The Space:
Magnificent completely renovated duplex ideally located near Saint-Germain-des-Prés! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to five travelers.
The duplex includes, upon arrival:
• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a convertible armchair for one person with extremely comfortable new bedding as well as storage.
• A bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The duplex also has laundry equipment: drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs:
• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• An open equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hotplates, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20 € will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

You can’t ask for a better location in Paris. Great access to attractions and great restaurants. The place was very comfortable and the property management was very responsive and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The area around the apartment is full of bars and is very noisy in the late evening.
We enjoyed our stay. The place was good. Very quiet which was great for getting a good nights sleep. There are stairs but not bad at all unless you have a lot of luggage. Location was perfect. Two pubs downstairs for a nightcap before going to bed which we enjoyed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as expected. Thank you

We loved the location with many top rated affordable restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds were a little rough, especially the one on the top floor which was a worn futon. It is a basic apartment with no bells or whistles, but the location made up for this. Be aware that it is on the top floor and there is no elevator. We would stay again as it is a good value.

Truly a horrendous experience with management company
If I hadn’t fought, and fought, and fought, I would have never got the deposit back. If they claimed damage, maybe I would understand. They did not claim any damage and it’s been six weeks of back and forth issues with them refunding a deposit processed and charged to my card. It went so long they charged me interest on the charge, mind you, not a hold.
They were horrid. DO NOT book with this company. It was stress I didn’t need. I really wish I would have booked a hotel at this point. A terrible experience with these people.

Disappointing service; do not rent this apartment unless you only need a bed.
The apartment is fine, as advertised. But the service was not. The wifi modem had detached from the fall and after an hour of fiddling around, I got it working. The coffee machine - an old Nespresso -- was broken. I alerted the the point person "Holidays Discovery" (the service management firm), who replied to my whatsapp to add water. That was it. When I sent videos of the drip drip of the broken machine, he stopped replying. The following day, I emailed Holidays Discovery and asked if they could address this. They said no. We spent 3 nights/mornings in the apartment and each time took our breakfasts in a local cafe. This defeats the purpose of renting an apartment.

The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic! But beware of the double deposit charge by Holidays!!
This area of town is a wonderful place to stay for so many reasons with its local flair and walkability to almost everything. The alleyway right outside your door is great as well to really get that local taste of living in Paris.
The accommodations are fair with all that you need on a minimal scale. The main bed is fine, the couch/futon bed has more than a lot to be desired and the chair bed is ok. There are zero additional linens and towels and use sparingly and requests extras prior to arrival if weather will be chilly or you will need hair towels, etc.
The biggest warning I have is that the management company insisted that I had not paid the deposit when in fact I had with the initial payment. This was fully documented in the VRBO platform as well as the credit card screenshots I sent to them and the VRBO representatives I had to pull in to the matter to get it resolved. The management company would not respond to Vrbo when they contacted them. It took multiple attempts to prove that the deposit had already been paid before they would stop demanding another payment of the “required refundable deposit”. If I would not have remembered paying this with the initial payment I do not believe I would have received a refund.
I still have not received my deposit refund and no reply from management company.
Please be aware of these 3rd party management company practices.

Beautiful Location If You Don't Mind the Hassle With The Managers
We booked this VRBO shortly after we purchased our tickets to the Olympics. Everything was perfect and they took our second payment. When they took our second payment we asked if they would need any further payment. This is when the nightmare begin. They claimed they never received it & removed it from our the site. We gave them proof several times & they continued to claim they didn't receive it. They wanted us to pay it again. VRBO wouldn't help because they claimed they used a different booking system?? It took a few weeks to get this straightened out & then they threatened to take our booking away because we didn't pay the deposit. After weeks of going through payments & making certain we had everything paid for now they asked for a deposit. They never mentioned it once through the entire time we were talking to them. By this time we felt that they wanted us out because they could receive a higher rate due to the Olympics but we got the deposit to them and everything was set or so we thought. We had 5 days in France before we checked in and spent most of that time going back and forth with the deposit. We were just going to meet the manager to place our things in the VRBO and he texts us and says we haven't paid the deposit and therefore he can't give us the key. I'm fuming by that time & telling him that this has to be some sort of scam to receive a higher payment. I call the "booking agent" who VRBO says is very professional and received a "hello".
