Living Room: This beautiful room incorporates sliding doors that will add a unique, Asian-inspired style to your stay in addition to separating space between the sofa sleeper and King size bed. The large flat screen television and surrounding seating area make for a comfortable space to enjoy your downtime. In addition, the living room includes a dining area that comfortably seats four. With open lanai doors letting in the ocean breeze and an acoustic speaker system with available CD's, the living space can be transformed into a relaxing oasis during your stay.

Kitchen: Fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and store your food goods, this kitchen will make cooking and crafting cocktails a breeze! Easily serve yourself and others at the nearby dining table and enjoy the open atmosphere that this kitchen provides.

A side Bedroom: Wake up in your private room with an incredible view of the ocean and surrounding islands! This cozy bedroom features a King bed, dual nightstands with lamps, and a convenient ceiling fan, although the breeze from the lanai consistently cools the room. Conveniently attached is an elegant bathroom.

Lanai: Breathtaking views of the island, your condos pool and immediate beachfront access are all visible from the comfort of your shady lanai. Palm trees swaying in the breeze Sit outside and enjoy a cocktail as you watch the waves crashing on the shore and palm trees blowing in the breeze. You can see islands of Kaho'olawe and Molokini from your lanai!

Thjis was a great condo, location is one of the best in Kihei as the complex is right on the beach (not across from it), and has one of the most beautiful beaches and snorkeling in the islands. This unit is a bit dated, but everything worked just fine. The main room is not air conditioned, but has excellent cross ventilation and stayed cool thru the stay. The private bedroom has a window AC unit.we will definately come back.

Location is amazing, stunning beach and resort grounds are spectacular. The unit we stayed in was not clean, signs of bugs and rodiants. My kids (teenage boys) complained about the unit not being clean, so that says alot. I had to wash all the dishes before they would eat off of them. The unit is old and several things are broken. It is in desperate need of updating. On site staff is amazimg and property manager was outstanding. This is our favorite beach in Maui and would stay here again but would never stay in the same unit again. Michelle at AA Ocean Front properties did her very best to do anything she could to assist in making it better. She was great and very friendly.

Great location

Beautiful location but the unit needed some work. The beds need new mattresses and better sheets (kept coming off during the night). The walls and cabinets were pretty banged up. We love the location and will return.

Location can’t be beat

Probably one of the more run down units we’ve stayed at at Mana Kai (this is our 6th visit), but for the price it was well worth it. We had family members pay almost double for a renovated unit. Beds were comfy and clean. Everything worked in the unit, plenty of towels. No AC in the front beachside room but we found it wasn’t an issue. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and there was a closet full of beach items - boogie boards, pool noodles etc. I would suggest the owners investing in a decent set of kitchen knives. Rental company was easy to deal with and friendly.

Favorite Beach on Maui, Perfect for Families

Our stay at Mana Kai #311 was perfect for us. The configuration of two bedrooms and a pull-out couch gave us options and flexibility. Some of the remodeled units don't have this configuration. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking full meals, and the full-sized refrigerator held all our food. There was plenty of seating in the living room and enough furniture on the balcony. The view from the balcony is amazing! Although there are no guarantees, we found beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet for us to use, and even sand toys for the kids. We were a group of 34, and utilized the barbeque area almost every night. There were plenty of chaise lounges available on the lawn for our whole group. AA Oceanfront, as well as the Mana Kai management, were helpful and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Perfect location to hear the waves!

Love staying at the Mana Kai! There’s nothing better than hearing the waves as you fall asleep and as you wake up. Spacious floor plan and large lanai makes for a very comfortable stay!

5 Star Location in a Decent Unit

Unit is a bit dirty and outdated for high end price. However location and view are really what you pay for here. Beautiful scenery in a nice complex with good amenities. I got what I expected from pics with no surprises other than a much nicer gym!

Have been visiting Maui for 30 years and always stay at the Mana Kai. The beach, the views, the conveniences of everything cannot be beat. We love it!

Great stay on Maui.

Great location right on the beach. Perfect for small children, able to get them to the beach quick and easy. Beautiful view of the ocean from both rooms. Had a wonderful time!!
