Home has no rear neighbors and have a beautiful view over the small lake. BBQ (rental) on the desk while watching the sun set. Great location, got to watch the sunset from the pool every night. Lots of turtles and birds in the lake to watch too. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Got to meet the neighbourhood cat which was a definite bonus! Would definitely book here again.

Everything was as advertised. The kitchen/bathroom/laundry was stocked with some essentials before we arrived. The host was quick to answer any questions that we had. My family really enjoyed staying here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

620 Eagle Pointe was the best villa choice for our stay in Kissimmee. Easy check in and great communication with the host. It is situated perfectly within close proximity of all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The Villa was exceptionally clean and offered all the amenities that was required. The pool was absolute bliss attracting the sun all day perfect for sunbathing and taking a dip. All the rooms had very comfortable beds, plenty of clothes storage which was helpful when you go on a shopping spree. The kitchen had all the utensils and what you needed to cook up a lovely meal if you didn't fancy eating out. The TV was had access to Netflix and other streaming platforms which was a bonus. The only thing that would have made our stay even more perfect was a outside BBQ Grill however except this minor thing we had a wonderful time staying at Eagle Pointe and it was paradise for us :) Highly recommended for any families or friends wanting to stay in Kissimmee.

Nice spacious home with comfortable beds. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the little lake out back. The only additions I’d love to see would be a BBQ grill and some beach/pool towels. The owner did leave information on how to rent a grill but I felt it was too costly for only wanting to grill a couple meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Great villa that lives up to its name! The whole booking process was really smooth, and communication with the owner before and during the stay was prompt and professional. The villa itself is lovely, plenty of space for a family and great views over the pool and lake. The location was perfect for our needs being around 25 mins from Disney and around an hour and a half to the coast. Thoroughly recommend, and we can’t wait to stay here again soon!

The pictures and descriptions are accurate and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies for our family of six. There could be additional time spent cleaning outdoor chairs and some cobwebs throughout. If the weather was a little warmer we would have enjoyed the pool more but the pool heater did allow us to swim on some chilly days. Overall a nice place for family and close to Disney and other entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our stay. It was a large party of my husband, three children, and my parents. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds. The pool was amazing. We spent 4 days at Disney World and the drive was about 20 mins each way. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and fast food along the way. Living room and dining area provided plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. We would stay here again.

Beautiful House in Convenient Location

Great house close to all Disney Parks.

We came on a family Christmas vacation to go to Disney. It was our first visit. We really enjoyed our stay.Nice outdoor area with pool. It was very relaxing in the morning. A nice lake view.The kids were very excited to see lots of turtles, ducks and birds.

Florida Getaway

We loved having the heated pool and the west facing view was spectacular. The owner was very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbours on either side of the residence were very nice.

Great stay

We enjoyed this property and its location. The view from the pool is beautiful. House was well stocked with necessities, for cooking and cleaning (dishwasher pods, detergent, garbage bags,etc.) home was in great condition, just wished some areas were cleaned a little better (such as corners of bathrooms and doors) other than that it was great!
