Hi Nastassia, Thank you for the review. We take feedback very serious and want to make sure we address items that need improvement, so thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We did check the arrival text, the text message we sent the day after you arrived asking how everything was going and you responded "Everything is great!" We apologize, had we known that the floors were sandy we could of sent someone out to address them. We hope you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to helping you plan your next trip to the beach.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback on your stay. Unfortunately, the Phoenix properties manage and charge for all of their own parking and do not allow us to include any passes with your reservation. We apologize that they have set such a high cost for the passes, and we wish that there was something we could do to help. However, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay with Liquid Life, and we look forward to helping you book your next beach vacation!
