Clean cabin on beautiful property.

This cabin is on a three acre farm in a beautiful valley just 25 minutes outside of Asheville. It is a 5 minute walk to hiking and biking trails in Pisgah national forest. The property has ducks, chickens and goats for your entertainment. There is a small clean pond for swimming and floating. We have great WiFi and a flat screen. We do not have cable. Guests can bring a fire stick or roku or hook up a laptop or iPad. There is also a small tv upstairs with a built in VCR and all the classic Disney movies. View our other listing on vrbo #1416045. Very clean, quiet area to stay.. perfect for a getaway and a close drive from home. Jami and Rachel were great with recommendations on places to eat, things to do, shopping etc. Definitely will come back and recommend others to visit here too.

Nice stay on a farm

Nice cottage, kept very clean and well-stocked. The owners were very friendly and approachable. The kids loved the chickens, ducks, and goats on the property, and the sort walk to national forest land was nice as well. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay!

Family Farm Fun

Such a unique, cozy cabin! We loved everything from the plush towels to the cozy loft beds. The property has a lovely pond and is walking distance from Pisgah National Forest and a short drive from Asheville. Will stay here again!

Home Away from Home

We love this place and the owners are extraordinary people! This was our second stay since 2022 and we will return again. The welcoming vibe from the owners, the many farm animals, and proximity to nature (trails, creeks, and the Pisgah National Forest) are among the many reasons we will continue staying at this location.

Beautiful Property

This is a wonderful property surrounded by beautiful mountains in a country setting just outside Asheville. The cabin itself is very charming and quaint. Love the goats, chickens, and other animals. This is the second time I've stayed here but definitely won't be the last.

Lovely farm home!

We had a great time at Jami's property. The home has so much charm and could easily sleep a family of 4 or a couple comfortably! We spent the weekend in Asheville and hiking so it was nice to be close to Pisgah for trailheads. Loved being out in the dark + quiet area and waking up with goats outside was a fun perk!

AMAZING Hosts! First trip to Ashville for my two children (under 10) and I. Very clean property and we loved the animals. Bring your own cooking essentials (butter, oil, etc) otherwise you're covered. We are already planning another visit this summer.

Back on the Farm

our stay on your property with our two young Grandchildren was an experience all 4 of us will remember for a long time!!! The kids loved feeding the goats and watching the chickens walk!! The cabin was perfect, clean, and it had everything we needed!!! We hope to be back someday!!!

Comfy and Cozy

The cabin and property provided the perfect weekend retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We were welcomed by a couple of friendly ducks, and the owners made us feel equally welcome. The animals and pond on the property make this an ideal location for a family with young kids.

Beautiful and Peaceful experience

Me and Hubby had a great experience. It was very clean and nice. The area was beautiful and peaceful. Close to town and attractions. The owners were extremely nice and helpful on what attractions to see and how to get there. Also the owners there and on top of anything that we needed with our visit. I will be back and recommend to anyone that it was a great stay.

Need a peaceful weekend retreat? THIS IS IT!

We had a fabulous weekend in a beautiful rental! The cabin is absolutely perfect and the owners provided everything that we needed! We enjoyed the serene property, fresh eggs, and super cute and clean cabin. We can't say enough how much we loved this rental. One surprise is the cabin's proximity to Douglas Falls, which made for a great hiking experience. The owners are great and it was a seamless experience.

The property was everything and more! The cabin was perfect for a family of 4! The beds were so comfortable,. So close to zip line & mount Mitchell! The owners left fresh eggs in the fridge for us to enjoy! A real treat! We will be back! Perfect home away from home!

Nice quiet getaway

It was a great stay. Nice and quiet getaway. Much needed. If you want a nice quiet place away from but close enough to things, this is the place for you. Into the nature!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! Tiny, cozy and surrounded by animals and mountains, great place to stay away from the city. That rooster was the perfect alarm every morning, 6:00 am sharp! 👌🏽Communication with the owner was simple and perfect, easy access to the cabin and more thing…thanks for the fresh eggs, we ate all of them!!

Beautiful Cabin

We loved staying here! This cabin was very clean and had everything we needed (including farm fresh eggs). The beds where very comfortable. This was a birthday/girls trip (19, 18, and 17 yr old and myself). The girls all loved the cabin. My 18 yr old has already requested that we come back! Jamie and Rachel where great to communicate with. This cabin is definitely on our list to come back to.

Loved this place!

This was a perfect little cabin. The owners were wonderful. They were very accomodating with our early check-in, very attentive to our needs and went over and above for my 5 year old. They let her feed the goats and left her a little bike to use and brought over crayons and coloring books for her. And the eggs they gave us were delicious. The property was lovely with beautiful views. I highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

Rachel and Jami’s little cottage tucked away in the woods is the most perfect place to get away from everyday life, lay back and relax. They provided fresh eggs, hospitality and are extremely friendly. Anybody looking for a time away with nature, this is the place. There is a great hike that you can walk to from the house (about 10 minute walk to the hike) and they even have goats, chickens and ducks! My wife and I had the most wonderful time.

True oasis

This place is a hidden gem. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still a close drive. Located at the foothills of Pisgah, my kids and I walked and rode our bikes there to hike and play in the creeks. The pond on the property kept my family entertained as well as all the animals. Jami & Rachel are so welcoming and offer great recommendations on places to eat and things to do!

So peaceful!!

This place is amazing and not too far from the city. If you're looking to be surrounded by the mountains and woken up by the chickens then this is the place for you! You can even hear one of the nearby rivers rushing with water even in the late hours of the night. The hosts were super respectful of our privacy and were even nice enough to offer some eggs from their chickens for our breakfast! This little slice of heaven is worth every penny and more.

These were some of the nicest, most available hosts we've met in our travels. They patiently took the kids around the farm again and again. Great remote getaway in the quiet of the country where you can see the beautiful starry nights. The cabin is small but cozy and uses space in clever ways. We were greeted each time we pulled in by the official welcoming committee-two very friendly Mallard ducks & all the animals on the farm are fun to observe. The owners were very responsive to any needs & happily answered questions about the area.
