Beautiful spot, with a great view for sunsets! Host were very attentive to issues that came up, and addressed them right away. We had a nice relaxing end to our trip!
Thank you for sharing your home!
I simply can’t say enough about our stay at this charming home. We have stayed at many vacation rental homes and this one ranks at the top — it felt like a home not a rental. It looks rather unassuming at first glance but don’t be fooled. It is beautifully and simply decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed including spices/ seasonings and plastic wrap! The bedding was high end and so comfy the towels were thick and soft. The bathroom floor was heated! And the house was immaculate including the basement— no dust, no cobwebs, no bad odor!
We thoroughly enjoyed reading in the cheerful living room — sliding doors open to feel the beeeze. At night we built fires in the outdoor fire pit while taking a soak in the hot tub under the stars. The blooming hydrangeas and quiet bay setting all contributed to an outstanding stay.
The owner sent a long email prior to Our arrival with details about the home and suggestions of things to do, places to shop and places to eat in the area. They truly understand how to make a visit just right. All so very appreciated!
We hope to be back again sometime soon!
Tidewatch was the perfect spot for our family to stay. There is plenty of outside area to relax and run and play. The owners generously provide outside seating, cooking appliances, and activities. You do not have to leave the property to feel as though you have experienced Maine. Tidewatch was conveniently located to allow for planned outings and also an occasional hike. We were very comfortable and appreciative for our time spent there. The home is nicely updated and yet maintains a traditional feel.
The house and property of Tidewatch was somehow more beautiful than the pictures. Check in was simple, house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hot tub was a great way to watch the sunset and tide come in an out. We reached out to the hosts with a small question and received an immediate response. Great spot, fully intend on returning!
This was our first trip to Maine and we could have not picked a better place to stay. Absolutely beautiful little house tucked back into a little cove. Owner was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect spot to escape the Virginia heat and humidity and celebrate our 54th anniversary. This house is a gem! The bright, open, and airy living area faces west so sunsets are spectacular. We particularly enjoyed the quiet community. Yet it was only 12 minutes to the many shops and terrific restaurants in Boothbay Harbor. The home is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Thank you for sharing your home....we enjoyed our stay very much.
