Lucky you, Lucky Duck,
Spend hours on the deck enjoying watching the ducks or walking wildlife trails and looking for the fish.
We have about 18 Domesticated Ducks on the property and 8+ wild Ducks and babies that stay around. New added Air conditioning in the main area (kitchen, Livingroom, dining area) keeps things cool on hot days. portable air conditioner in the master bedroom if needed.
Huge gas Fire place in the fall/winter as well as a heat pump.
Pond Fountain Spring, Summer and Fall (will be taken out in winter)

Above and beyond

I don't even have words to start describing what a wonderful weekend we had, me and my wife. Everything was out of a dream. Waking up with the sound of the fountain, the sound of the rain etc. Everything was" " above and beyond my expectations" thank you so much for everything.
