DETAILS:
Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of a contemporary home, and all the amenities of a full-service resort. Located in the heart of Walt Disney World area.

With our first floor unit you don't need to carry your luggage up stairs. This unit is the closest building to the clubhouse pool.

The main living area is open to the dining area and a 2 person screened patio. The living area offers a Smart 55” TV and basic cable tv channels. The main bedroom, has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and a 2 person screened patio. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second full bathroom with a stand up shower.

This fully-furnished condo has a full kitchen with everything that you will need to prepare meals and is equipped with a full size fridge, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave oven and a dishwasher. We also have a combo washer/dryer in unit for your convenience.

RESORT:
Guests at Bahama Bay Resort can take advantage of complimentary on-site amenities such as heated pools, hot tubs, a children's splash park, playground, sandy beach overlooking Lake Davenport, BBQ grills, nature trails, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, basketball, fishing dock, library, and EV charging.

Make sure that you have enough down time to spend the day in one of the resorts pools and Jacuzzis. The lush tropical landscaping on Lake Davenport will have you feeling as if you have stepped into paradise.

24/7 Gated community, safe and peaceful environment means that the guests always feel at ease while they relax in style.

Bahama Bay Resort has a fishing dock on Lake Davenport, where guests can enjoy fishing or simply take in the calm waters and beautiful natural surroundings.

Within a 5 minute drive there are restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, bank and all sorts of other shops.

Located near all Walt Disney Theme Parks 15 minutes, Sea World 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes, Champions Gate, Golf Courses, Orange grove orchards, Disney Springs, Gatorland, Legoland, and more. 1+ hour drive from Tampa Beach area or Coco Beach area.

Great place, short drive to Disney.

We only stayed one night but location was great. Restaurants, grocery store, gas station very close. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was lack of hot water in the evening, otherwise great place to stay.

This resort had everything we wanted

The condo was beautiful and larger than we thought. Very clean and nicely furnished, with updated appliances. Extremely comfortable. The property was maintained in an excellent manor and quite pretty. Plenty of pools and hot tubs, very clean and warm, just what we wanted. Loved the nature walk! The employees were very nice and friendly. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would love to go back again!!!

Amazing place to stay for Orlando a Theme Parks

We stayed at this condo and we had a great time. The condo was clean with all the amenities you could want. My younger Kids enjoyed the Splash Pad, and my teens enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. They also have tennis and basketball courts. There was a beach and pool/beach side seating area with a bar/restaurant which was wonderful. I enjoyed the resort as much as the Disney theme parks. By the way this resort is a short distance to Disney parks. You won’t regret staying here.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. We have stayed at Bahama Bay multiple times before. This unit is newly remodeled, freshly painted, new furniture and the beds were very comfy. We come to enjoy Disney parks and when we’re not at Disney we like clean pools and hot tubs to relax and we’re never disappointed. You must give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. Going forward I will be staying at this hosts condos at Bahama Bay he treats his condos as a business and has thought of many things that add a special touch to the stay.

This is a beautiful, quiet and serene resort. Pools, Hot Tubs, the Lake and beach we all just loved it. Super clean condo. You will not be disappointed.

Once I retire in about 10 years I will be using this unit as my snowbird Florida 2nd Home during Michigan winters and rent the unit out the rest of the time.

When its the one you just know it. If you look at this resort from google maps you can see the greenery vs its surroundings. Once you arrive you'll understand. Its a wonderfully landscaped resort, I love how I feel when I'm here. Bahama Bay has a secluded Resort feeling, close to Disney, Universal, shopping, amazing restaurants, orange orchards, with lots of amenities and lots of things to do. Nice furniture and furnishings, professionally decorated. Great for a family vacation or a romantic get away.

-This condo is a ranch condo in a 3 story condo complex, There may be guests in the condo above our unit and there may be noise coming from those guests, for example, you may hear things like footsteps and music. No parties or events are allowed. 1 vehicle is allowed to register per rental, 2 or more with advance approval. The HOA treats the unit and all surrounding units for all pests by a professional company on a regular schedule, that being said sometimes bugs are present in the unit, they fly in and are not controllable.

-This unit is equipped with occupancy and temperature sensors to manage the smart home features including the thermostat.
