The hosts were very accommodating and got back to us quickly. There were beach towels and lots of equipment spices to cook with. There was detergent and the house was well stocked.The beds were comfortable and the house was comfortable. The pool and hot tub was fun and it was fun to make smores in the fire pit at night.Everyone had a lovely time.

Host was very responsive to a few minor issues that we encountered. It is obvious he cares about his properties and guests. Home was clean and well stocked. Furniture and Beds were comfortable and in good shape. Great home and amenities for a large group.

The house was fantastic, was able to accommodate our large group very comfortably. All of the amenities were readily available and the host was available ant moments notice. After a large snowfall, the drive was plowed and walkways shoveled. Will definitely stay again.

From the moment we inquired about the property, Dmitry was incredibly responsive and enthusiastically supportive of our desire to hold our wedding at this beautiful property. We were able to curate the perfect weekend for our close family & friends, enjoying quality time with our guests in a beautiful space (both the house and the property are absolutely stunning & required minimal decor to create a magical backdrop!).The rooms are spacious and handsomely appointed with handcrafted posted beds/bunk beds. Some of the bathrooms have been updated beautifully and the heated pool/hot tub/sauna made for a lovely time the following day. The game room allowed for some competitive pool/table tennis post wedding while watching Sunday football on a big screen both in the game house and the main living room. The kitchen delighted my chef friend and her chef husband and they utilized the double oven and both outdoor grills to throw together a delicious feast for our crew. We could not recommend the property more enthusiastically. We hope to return with a group during ski season to enjoy the house has to offer (including 3 washer/dryer sets!).

Ski house in Wilmington

We had a great stay when in need for four families who were spending a long weekend skiing Mount Snow. The house provided plenty of space and we loved cozying up next to the fire at night to relax after a day of skiing. The hot tub was also a huge treat. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great stay! Very responsive/attentive host (Dmitry) checked in on us several times, and responded almost immediately to questions/concerns. Beautiful location and amenities were enjoyed by all. Is as advertised on VRBO. Highly recommend this spot - won’t be disappointed!

50th Birthday Party Getaway

We stayed here with 8 families (26 guests in total) to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday party. It was the perfect house for this large of a group - there was plenty of space and plenty to do! The outdoor table is a beautiful spot to have a nice dinner for a large group. The host Dmitry is very responsive and accommodating! We also chose to use the concierge service for meals and it made the trip stress free. Perfect weekend away!

We had a fantastic time. The house gave everyone plenty of space to hang out or spend time apart. The lake is a short walk from the house and was a really fantastic place to spend the day swimming, eating and laying around. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful, well-appointed retreat

This property is very special and Dmitry was a wonderful host. We had a gathering of 16 older adults celebrating a birthday here for the weekend, and the house and grounds absorbed this crowd perfectly. The amenities and supplies in the house are excellent. Its also a beautiful location near a lake and sweet town. Hope to return sometime.

Simply Amazing Wilmington

This property is stunning! A fantastic secluded sanctuary with great amenities and plenty of space to spread out. We loved sitting by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoying some games of pool in the evening. The property is also a 10 minute walk from the reservoir, which was beautiful as well. Great location with only a short drive to downtown Wilmington. We were sad to leave, but know we will definitely be back.
