West Haven four bedroom with Pool villa near Disney

Large four bedroom, three full bathrooms pool home in gated community , 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, near major Golfing.
Fully loaded with dishes, linen, towels, free cable and wifi. If you need a gas BBQ grill you can call and rent one for $80 per week.
Private pool with no rear neighbors, can be heated at extra charge.
Ronald Reagan road is on other side of brick wall behind home so you will hear traffic.

Master room has king bed, second room has queen bed, then two rooms with double twin beds.

Please note if you paid for pool heat, and temps outside drop below 50 degrees the pool heater can not heat pools.
pool can be heated for $30 per day and payable locally after you book.
Please note the driveway holds two cars this development does not allow for street parking if they come through at night and find you after 10 PM parked on the street they will tow your car we have no control over this this is the HOA rules.
Please when staying put garbage can out sunday afternoon for early pick up on monday.
Recycle is to be put out thursday afternoon for friday morning pick up.
