We had a lovely time. Very comfortable and accommodating for our large group. Our kids loved the pool and can't stop talking about it. Great location, beautiful views, and clean !! Thank you for hosting us, we will recommend and stay again

Great location and amenities!

This place was perfect for 10 adults. Having 2 full size fridges and freezer great for saving on trips to the store. Hosts were very response answering questions and appreciated letting them know about minor items that will need attention soon. Would stay at this property again for sure!

relaxing getaway

It is a beutiful home and the pool was clean. Wished I would have done my research and go at a later time when the weather was much cooler. The home was spacious and they have a lot of ameneties. definitely will book again.

Great for larger groups

Carlos was always responsive. The house was clean and neat. We’ll appointed. And 5 bathrooms ! worked out great for our group. And dogs okay a plus for us. We would stay here again.

This place was great just small improvements like broken shower door in one of the master room and Closet doors as well. And the exhaust fan didn’t work so as we cooked it filled up with smoke and no fire Alarm. These are things I would improve for safety reason. However pool was great loved the slide AC was great clean place. My family and I enjoyed our stay there were 13 of us and one 2yr. We will book again

The owner was wonderful. Kept communicating with us. Paid for heating the pool but it was not the best weather for that. Very clean. The carpet in one bedroom smelled like cat urine but the owner said it was a water leak & he was taking the carpet out. Very nice owners to deal with.

Delightful conjoined duplex

Private queen and king bedrooms with their own bathrooms for 5 couples. The master bedroom suite has two additional queens (trundle) . There are also several couches. It worked perfectly for our family reunion . we were able to close off one side of the house from the other. Dad can’t hear so he talks really loudly in the morning😊 It was also great to have 2 kitchens, two refrigerators for the food of 10 people , 2 ovens and washer driers etc. Plenty of room outside for 10 people to sit all together or break up into groups- so many nice sitting areas. Good location. Quiet.

Nice setup and beautiful pool

Just stayed for 5 days over spring break- early March 2024 with another family. The pros: Owners were easy to get ahold of and had good communication. House was set up great for two family’s. Pool was the reason we booked it and kids loved it. The slide was a hit!! Neighborhood was mostly quiet. There’s a park about 1/2 mile away that was fun to hike. Outdoor patio furniture was nice to have along with the gas grill. Most of our time was spent outside. Living room furniture in 01 house side was comfortable. Good parking The cons: When we arrived we realized one of the bedrooms had a wet spot on the carpet (the cleaning crew had found a spill and cleaned it and notified the owners) but we weren’t informed. The wet spot consisted of a 2ft by 3ft area next to bed). The wet carpet caused a cat pee smell to exist during our whole stay. Owners did have two fans insta carted to the house so we could put fans in them. The owner ended up coming in when we were gone to clean it again- it did not help the smell. The carpet in general on both sides really needs to be replaced. Heating the pool was not included- it’s noted that pool heat is extra but be ready that “extra” costs $75 day and is only heated from 6am to 6pm. On top of that there was a pool issue that caused us to lose 1/2 day of pool time. I don’t remember if it’s noted in description but you can’t turn the AC below 74 degrees. Living room furniture in 02 side was uncomfortable. Cleaning crew missed some areas.

Perfect weekend get away.

This property was the perfect set up for the family and what we wanted for the weekend. The host’s were amazing and very easy to communicate with. House was very clean and the back yard was the perfect hang out spot!

Not a single complaint about our stay. Owners were so quick to respond to any questions I had. House layout worked out perfectly for our large group. Pool was amazing. We definitely plan on renting this home annually.

Great vacation rental for family fun

I would the say the experience was a great one. The waterfall pool was beautiful and the slide was awesome for the kids. It was very relaxing! Plenty of room for family and friends. Super fun hanging out by the pool all day. Two thumbs up!!

Perfect for Two Families!

We lucked into this property after our original vrbo property had a plumbing flood just days before we were leaving on vacation. We booked this as a last option, vacancies had become limited at that close date so we crossed our fingers. We were a little unsure how it would accommodate us but this home is really well set up for our group of 12. The owners did a really good job taking this duplex set-up and making into a single mega vacation unit. The pool is larger than pictures look and the water features (slide & waterfall) are so spectacular. 5 bathrooms was a big plus and kitchens were well appointed for food prep. Beds were comfortable and easily slept 12. Television set-up is cord-cutter style, have your passwords with you to access. Wifi worked well and everything seems very clean and newly remodeled. We had a wonderful time in Havasu for our family vacation and this home was a big part of that success. Thank You Carlos & Jenny!
