The condo was in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay there again if we are in the area.
We loved the location on the river and spent a lot of time sitting there watching the squirrels and birds and listening to the water! Loved the clean little town that we walked to for coffee and meals.Very well outfitted kitchen that we would have used had we been there longer.
Very clean and updated property. Listening to the river run right outside was just lovely! Just a 2 block walk to Main Street, would definitely stay again!
We love this condo. It has everything that a vacationer would need or want. The location and up close to the river is sublime. The condo is modern and beautiful.
This was a really great stay. It was close to the EV fast charge just two blocks away. It was right in the Continental Divide trail, we had a great hike. We enjoyed being able to sit outside to eat, relax and listen to the river. I always encourage owners to consider adding energy efficient lighting, solar panels and heat pumps. We would like to return for another visit soon. Thank you!
The host was very clear and thorough in her instructions. It made check-in and out very easy. The location was the perfect stop after our day in RMNP. We enjoyed our evening on the patio listening to the creek behind the condo.
Maureen was excellent to work with. She provided very detailed instructions regarding everything to do with the property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a quick one night stay. The only issue we really had was the TV. Someone (not Maureen) had set up a 4 digit PIN for Roku. We were unable to use the TV to watch a game my husband wanted to see without the PIN. The bed was very comfortable (we like a firm mattress). The dishwasher is extremely loud, but that's probably due to age. The patio provided a nice place to relax.
The communication of host, check-in and cleanliness was excellent. I did think I was checking into a pet-free facility which was not the case. The unit directly above had an intermittently barking, whining dog which was not the fault of the host of this unit. The setting was bucolic and provided hours of climbing fun and true Colorado vistas. The unit feels quite spacious. This is my fourth and favorite VRBO rental in GrandLake. Definitely a favorite location with my family.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Yes, the river running right by the condo is so nice to hear! Small area to sit outside works just fine for relaxing outdoors. Host was great, condo was very clean and organized. It is small, but that's pretty usual with 1 BR 1 Baths.Absolutely no complaints and would return! Thank you, Maureen!
Everything went seamless. I didn't have to reach out to the owner at all. Getting into the rental was super easy. It was clean and nice. We loved sitting out on the patio and listening to the river. There were plenty of instructions for check out in the app plus a nice binder with info on the counter as well. We were able to do our laundry and relax after our hiking during the day. We enjoyed our stay here. We would rent here again if we go back to Grand Lake.
Great location right on the North Inlet stream. Wry clean, had everything we needed. Easy check in/check out. Perfect base camp for hiking & enjoying the park.
We loved the combination of being so close to town, while still just hearing the sounds of birds and the stream behind the property when our windows were open.
