This house is an absolute gem! The property is gorgeous- the pool is well maintained and the garage is stocked with everything you could need for the pool or beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Location location location!So close to the beach. The house slept well with real beds- not pull outs. The kitchen was large with ample supplies. One hiccup with outside garbage cans full, but host took care to make sure we had room for our garbage. Some maintenance to the gutters was suggested to keep the rain water from coming in the back door. Host was responsive. Would recommend this home for sure!

This was a beautiful home beachy decor tastefully done. Very clean and ready for our arrival. Kitchen had everything we needed with modern appliances. Plenty of linens. Beds were comfortable. Two sitting areas with couches in both made it perfect for the "teens" to hang out while adults relaxed. Pool area was spacious. Large privacy fence in the backyard. Walmart less than 5 min drive do we could stock the fridge. Very quick drive to the beaches and restaurants. Great location. We were lucky to find this property available and will definitely book here again

It was perfect, very clean and spacious, exceeded our exceptions!Loved...the kitchen counter space, the 2 living room areas, 2 showers and beach chairs, coolers, etc that we were able to use for the beach days.Host was very responsive when checking in.We would definitely stay again if we come to this area.

What a Beautiful stay! Easy access to get in. Everything was on point, just like the photos.. The beds were SUPER comfy.. plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys included...short distance to beaches and grocery stores. We enjoyed the grill and outside patio/pool so much it was perfect.. will definitely recommend and stay again..

Great house close to the beach!

Spent 6 nights here with my adult kids & we had a blast. Plenty of space to relax, comfy large beds for all, and very clean. The pool area was perfect - deep enough to swim & quiet/private. It's a perfect location to hop to other beaches, but about 1 mile to Manasota Beach when you want to just stick close to home. We will be back!
