A convenient single-level layout, this resort retreat offers a living and dining area (freshly painted and newly carpeted for 2019), updated well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (2019: three new flat-screen TVs - the living room, Bedroom 2 and the den), DVD, Wifi.

The location was amazing. The ammenities the property offered were amazing! We visited in the off season and it was a quiet place to stay. Definitely recommend this location, only thing I would ask to be changed would be to upgrade the mattress.

Great View - Bad management

Toilet from upstairs unit leaking in Condo for 6 days until we left early. Vacasa the management company was no help. Lock broken to door prevented my family from entering the Condo after a day on the beach. Locked out for 4 hours waiting for locksmith.

This little condo was comfortable for four adults and two children, one is crawling so the carpet was especially nice for the baby and all of us playing on the floor. Everything worked fine although a little dated. Very convenient location with beautiful views .

We found the condo very comfortable. We wanted 3 bedrooms and this condo gave us this. The tv in the twin room was greatly appreciated as this was our grandchildren’s room. We did find the cooking equipment was in short supply. There wasn’t enough silver wear for 10 of us ( our daughter was renting in Dover building). We would love to return. The view was perfect. We could see the pool as well as the beach.

Review of 710 Georgetown House

We enjoyed our stay and the location to the beach. However, the condo was not properly cleaned. The shower head was covered in mold. The filter and the door to it were filthy and needed changed!! The bed pillows need replaced. Batteries in the remotes need changed. The dryer needed cleaned out as it took a very long time to dry a small load.

Overall the unit and location was great but the condition of the place was terrible. As I said mold in both bathrooms (I have pictures) and water supply and heater not turned on.
