Enjoy your escape vacation at our villa in Barrington Park which is located in beautiful Leamington. This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath villa has has been wonderfully renovated to create a perfect beach getaway . New flooring, new furniture, new bathrooms and newly updated kitchen. This unit also includes pull out Queen size couch in the living room with matching loveseat, a 50" smart flat-screened TV and a work area desk for your computer. A quartz bar separates the living area from the fully-equipped kitchen which adjoins a dining area with seating for 4. Off of the hallway leading to the master bedroom is a large updated half-bath across from which is the stacked washer and dryer area. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV with cable, and a large designer walk-in closet. A completely renovated ensuite bath with a fully tiled walk-in shower. A private balcony looks onto the lagoon with a fountain and is a serene area for your morning cup of coffee.
Located within gated Palmetto Dunes, this tropical island setting hosts a large beach front and seasonally heated pool.b A walk around the pool area and over a boardwalk will lead you to the beach. The miles of beaches and convenient bike paths provide additional enjoyment. The villa is a quick five minute walk to the best beaches on the East Coast. The mid island location is minutes away from three top-rated golf courses, world class tennis and pickle ball courts and numerous restaurants .

Spring break trip

Perfect for 2 guests. Loved the fountain/pond view! Washer and dryer were an added plus. We took the scenic tour that you recommended in the guest book and really enjoyed it!

Fabulous condo!

Paul’s Condo was perfect for our week at Hilton Head. Loved the location which was walking distance to the pool and beach. The condo was very cozy to relax in after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the bike trails which were right outside the condo. Paul was very communicative and gave great restaurant recommendations. We had a perfect time and hope to stay again.

The unit was as nice as pictured and showed a lot of care in making it attractive and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was even closer. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Overall a very nice stay!

Excellent Unit and Complex

Completely refurbished unit was like brand new. Very clean, comfortable with a nice deck with lagoon view. Kitchen was new and well equipped. Short walk to the amazing beach. Palmetto Dunes and Barrington Park 604 are excellent choices for a HHI vacation.

Hilton Head Getaway Charm

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful accommodations and plenty of space for my Husband and I to relax at the end of the day. The beach and pool are within walking distance from the condo. The view from the porch consisted of lush landscape and a pond with a running fountain. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable chairs outside and having our morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. Hope to come back and stay here again.

Nice Place

It was exactly what we expected it to be, owner responded when asked questions immediately. Only things the TV in the bedroom needs to include streaming availability and I suggest providing more then one wash rag and two towels for each guest. You can’t go wrong with this place, we would rent again.

Super clean, updated rental unit

We appreciated the updates in this condo unit. The new flooring and kitchen makeover made the unit super clean. The new drawer unit in the walk-in master closet was nice as well. The property grounds were beautiful--camellias are breathtaking. Swimming pool was very quiet but warm enough for a swim as water was heated. Would love to stay here again.

Great Condo with perfect location

This condo is great and was absolutely perfect for our young family. We were close to the beach and pool and we loved sitting out back on the balcony to look for turtles in the pond. The condo is updated and very clean. We felt very comfortable in all the spaces and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Palmetto Dunes has the private feel that we like and the beach never felt overly crowded because only Barrington guests can use the beach access. Paul responded quickly and professionally when I reached out and prioritized our needs. We will be renting again next year.
