Enjoy the ease of one-level living with a spacious open plan dining/living room which expands to the fully applianced kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms, and a second sitting area that opens to the deck. Dine al fresco on the spacious deck which overlooks a pretty and private wooded lot.

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN: The living area has a couch, chair, and a mounted large flatscreen TV. The dining area has a high-top table with barstools accommodating up to 4, and expands into the well-applianced kitchen with breakfast bar, and beautiful granite counter tops.
