The 800 sq ft Studio style apartment has a large tiled bathroom, closet, and a huge open concept living room/bedroom area. 800 sq ft of living space. You have a private entrance and driveway. Half-mile walk to many restaurants, pubs, ice cream, bike rentals, liquor store, pharmacies, and shops. Less than 3 miles to the ocean and more shops.

Beautiful kayaking on the Narrow River to Narragansett Town Beach or up the river to the wildlife refuge and bird sanctuary. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is great for running and walking. Bike ride 3 miles to the beach. It is a short drive over the bridge to historical Newport Mansions, theater, fine dining, art galleries, and boutique shopping. The URI Bay campus is within walking distance, and the main campus is less than a 15-minute drive.
