Our host KK was wonderful! Communication was great, check in/out was easy, and our rental was spotless! The rental was in walking distance from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, as well as a number of restaurants. We were assigned a parking spot and were even given a guest parking pass for our adult daughter to use when she visited. I would recommend this rental without hesitation and would gladly stay again when visiting our daughter in LA. Thanks KK for a wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect, we stayed central to both sofi and Greek theater for a concert weekend. Clean and wonderfully located to beach front Santa Monica!
We had a great 2 nights here while we were in Los Angeles. This was a great location near Santa Monica food and shopping and we were only 20-25 minutes from SoFi Stadium for the NFL game we were in town for. Very clean and a great place that was nice and quiet at the end of a long day running around LA. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed here almost a month, the owners were very kind and accommodating. Property is spacious and quiet. Excellent location, blocks to Erewhon, Teafer Joe’s, Whole Foods, walk to Montana Ave with the cute shops. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
We had a wonderful time at KK’s property this week. There was plenty of room for my family of four and the unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and more. Definitely wander the few blocks up to Tartine for brunch. (We went twice.) Easy access to LA and the surrounding areas. We had a great time and would love to visit again.
Flawless stay. We were greeted by KK (owner) at the start and oriented to the home. The place was well furnished, immaculate, and had everything we need. I would stay there again without question. Very happy with our choice.
