We had an amazing week! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica Beach/Galveston!

Great house, near the beach

The house was great. Very clean and updated, good communication with host. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect for the 6 of us. Just a 2 minute drive to the beach (you can drive your car in beach). Would stay again!

The house was so clean from top to bottom. Everything was very well keptand organized. It had everything that we needed to cook with and more. Kathy , the host was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely come back!!!

Super relaxing stay in comfortabele, bright and clean Southwest Pelican.

Our 2nd stay at The Southwest Pelican and again we have loved our stay. It’s super clean, bright and fresh and super well stocked. We stayed with our 2 kids (8 and 9) and they love the fishing on the lower deck. Will definitively book again for our next stay.

Best of Both: Fishing & Beach

The epitome of what a great host represents. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you could think of. Cleanliness 10/10 and right off the canal for fishing or kayaking. The beach is less than 5 minutes from the house so you get the best of both; Fishing and beach. We used the BBQ Pit for burgers and hotdogs and it worked wonderfully. The kids absolutely loved it. We most definitely will be back. Thank you for the great hospitality!
