Escape to a peaceful beach retreat at Gulf Place Caribbean, a charming resort community along scenic Florida State Road 30A, perfectly located between Destin and Panama City Beach. Free from high-rise hotels and heavy crowds, this area offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Our third-floor condo features beautiful ocean views and is just a 3–5 minute walk across a boardwalk to the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of Santa Rosa Beach. The private balcony overlooks a tranquil lake and offers comfortable seating for enjoying sunsets or morning coffee.

Inside, the bright open living space includes a leather sofa, recliner, and 55" TV with cable and streaming, flowing into a dining area for six plus three barstools and an updated kitchen with granite countertops fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and a rolling cooler for beach days.

The condo comfortably sleeps six adults with:

Primary bedroom: King bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and private bath

Second bedroom: Two queen beds and adjoining bath

Hallway bunk beds: Perfect for kids

TVs with cable and streaming in both bedrooms

We had a great family trip! It was outlr 2nd stay at gulf place and we love having the pool access and a very short walk to the private beach. Many complain about crowded beaches along 30a, but that has never been the case there. Property was well stocked and met our needs. Owner was great and responded very promptly. My family of 5 -hubby and 3 teenagers stayed for a week! PERFECT location to beach access. Very clean, perfectly stocked and comfy beds. We loved everything about the condo. It was very clean, very well stocked, decorated nicely and plenty of room for everyone. The view from the balcony was excellent! The Santa Rosa/Gulf Place area was beautiful. We spent all day, every day at the beach, which was gorgeous with the white sand and clear water.

It’s the small things!

We loved this place, it was so clean! All of the small stuff they paid attention to made the stay! They had extra towels and toiletries! They had beach toys and chairs on the balcony. We have stayed at three different places at gulf place and this was by far the best!

Had a wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time at Wish You Were Here!!! The condo was well maintained and very clean! We enjoyed the location to the pool and beach and loved the Gulf Place Community. Riding bikes along 30A was a treat and unexpected. We would definitely look into Wish You Were Here again in the future!

Why they chose this property

We came down for my nephew's wedding and fell in love with Santa Rosa. We love the sugar white sandy beaches and the beautiful water. It's not a crowded beach its very peaceful, but it's close enough to Destin and Panama City if you decide you want a little more night life or excitement.

What makes this property unique

Wish You Were Here has everything you would need. If you didn't want to go anywhere else during your stay it's all right here for you at Gulf Place Caribbean. We have shops, entertainment, restaurants, bike rentals and even concerts in the summer. We have access to three pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, corn hole, shuffleboard, and walking trails all within Gulf Place.
