This Totally Remodeled Diplomat unit is located on the first floor and great for folks that want to avoid stairs. It is a 2bedroom, 1bath condo unit equipped with washer/dryer, essential appliances, cooking utensils, beach towels and free wireless internet. Home has smart tv's with cable and where you can login to view Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.. Condo also has card and board games for fun family nights. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis court, picnic/grilling area, shuffle board area and private beach access.

The condo is tastefully decorated and located near the middle of Cocoa Beach. Just steps from shopping and restaurants or stroll down the beach to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. It is equipped with everything you need during your stay and will make you feel right at home. Located within an hour of central Florida's popular attractions such as Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios. Universal Studios. Sea World and Kennedy Space Center. Time your stay with us to watch a launch right from the beach, kayak next to dolphins and manatees on the Banana River or learn to surf!

Great location and amenities

First time in Cocoa Beach with our three kids, the location and amenities were perfect. The condo is located halfway between the beach and pool, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce. The beach is very private. The condo does get very sandy and there wasn't a vacuum cleaner available so we bought one and left it there. And the second bedroom doesn't include a pull out couch as the description stated. Just minor details, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo and great location

Convenient location, short walk to the beach and town area. First floor condo was clean and had modern appliances; perfect for a family of 4. Pool was heated and clean - could have used a hot tub! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location; close to everything and just the right size for our family! Note that if you book this place, you'll need to bring your own: dish soap, dish cloth/sponge/brush, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and wash cloths.

Great time!

This condo was great for our beach loving family. 200 steps to the beach and a lot of beach supplies in the condo. We also surprised the kids to Disney mid week. It was an easy 1 hour drive!
