Great place on the beach. The balcony was awesome, accessible from both the bedroom and living room. The small kitchen came equipped with all the necessities. Check in was smooth and the facility itself, although dated, was great. Will definitely stay here again. The parking garage was extremely tight, I don't recommend parking large trucks or SUVs in there. Other than that, it was great!

Let’s start with the good. The view was beautiful, floor to ceiling windows in the living area and the bedroom, the staff was friendly and the entertainment was great! The bartender was friendly as well. Only downfall was the condition of the furniture in the room it’s old and outdated the chair in the bedroom needs to be burned or reupholstered. Every piece of furniture from the headboard to the couch is outdated. The curtains look like they are from a scene in an Austin Powers movie. A little update would go a long way. Decent amenities

Much better than a traditional hotel room.

Loved that the balcony joined the living room and bed room. The place was clean and ready for us early. Great view of the ocean and beach, relatively quiet, everything worked and was in order. The only big complaints are the furniture isn't comfortable, the couch and recliner need to be replaced in my opinion, and the living room TV was basically useless, barely operable. In the summer those things probably don't matter much, but if you plan on spending a moderate amount of time in the room or watching TV at night, you might want to keep that in mind. I would still very much recommend this room and hotel.

It was a short trip and also the price was little high. For one night. The apartment was nice and clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and will return to do another trip here. The elevators are truly a downer for this nice place, as I’m sure you all have gotten complaints about them in the past. The wait for the elevators are so long it’s ridiculous. I really can’t complain too much about this place except for the elevators, and the stay wasn’t long enough 😩 but that’s my fault and I will make it worth my while the next time!!

The location of the property is nice and central but what it has in location it lacks in many other instances. Pools are ok, while we were there during peak season, no chairs out for rent, lobby is fine but dated, we did not use restaurant so can’t review and staff was ok at best. As for the room, subpar all the way around. We knew it could us an update but wasn’t cleaned reasonably well when we got there and missing bedding. Multiple roaches during our stay sadly. Won’t stay here again and sorely disappointed.

Floors needed cleaned

We loved everything about the room but the floors. They desperately needed cleaned. You wouldn't know it until you walked on it though. First I thought it was just sand, which is to be expected, but the bottom of our feet would be cruddy from walking on it. Literally within a half hour after our shower, our feet were dirty. Resort was in a great area and in close proximity to Broadway on the beach and the Gay Dolphin shopping area. Staff were friendly with the exception of a reception lady. We asked for towels and she acted put out. She and the other lady were not helping anyone and just talking with each other but she huffed a little with having to help us. Apparently we were an inconvenience.

I could sip my morning coffee in bed and listen to the ocean (weather was a little too cool to sit on the balcony) - Unit was clean and comfortable. Our one issue was the construction next door in unit 706 which was quite loud one afternoon when we returned to relax before dinner. This is a privately owned unit so the front desk was not able to assist us. Location is perfect, close to everything but not in the high traffic/crowded area which made access easy. Parking garage is tight so large vehicles beware. Ocean access is easy and beach is nice. We will return -

My wife and I stayed at the Patricia Grand several times 20 years ago, and the 06,08 and 10 were our favourite suites with frontal views of the Ocean. the suite is great. The Patricia Grand itself seems understaffed and is not up to its former glory. Hope it is due to COVID and the short supply of workers. The pools flooring needs painting ( they look dirty but it is due to being pitted at the bottom). I did not see the pool vacuumed the whole time we were there. Nevertheless, we would stay again. The price is right, the view is great and the suite itself was clean and comfortable.

Coffee pot dead, TV bedroom didn’t work, refrigerator leaked water constantly, shower curtain did not keep water off floor, view spectacular! Shower is so deep, needs hand rail to help get out. Even though I checked the box for pets. Our 24 pound was not allowed. Cost $210 more for boarding. We will not stay in 708 any more. We have been going to Patricia Grande for 10+ years.
