I rented this cabin for a group of friends and I to stay a couple nights while we hiked the Grand Canyon during the day and could not recommend it more. Eric was a great host and communicated with us throughout the trip for any questions we had. The property is beautiful and the town is very quiet, the cabin is great for a weekend away with friends or family. We had a group of 10 people and each of us had our own bed.I highly recommend this cabin and rate it a 10/10. Completely exceeded my expectations!

Amazing cabin! So well taken care of and set up perfectly for a family vacation. The location was peerfext for enjoying all northern arizona has to offer. The hosts were great at communicating and quickly responded to any questions. Best VRBO we have ever staysd in.

Amazing stay!The cabin was well maintained, and had so much space for everyone to spread out and relax. It truly had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for friends and family to gather together.There was so much entertainment and plenty of things to do without even leaving the cabin. My kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! We made the best memories here and would definitely stay again.

We rented the house to celebrate our mother turning 80 with a visit to the Grand Canyon. Family came from Florida, New York, and Massachusetts. We had three generations along for the ride. The house was big and open and beautiful. Our host was great, attentive and responsive both before and during our stay. Eric even sent us a cheat sheet of what to do, and where to go before we arrived. We had 90% of our itinerary planned before we even got there.Thank you Eric, blessings from my family to yours.

Host was very welcoming and was great at keeping in touch and communicating. The amenities were excellent. Very roomy for a family of 10. The kids loved the game room and mini bikes. Disc golf set was also a hit. The area is isolated and very quiet which made for a comfortable and undistracted stay. Williams and Flagstaff are close. Williams was a great place to browse, shop, and eat.
