The carriage house at 31 Windward Lane is a professionally designed unit with many fabulous amenities inside and outside the home and sleeping accommodations for 4! Enjoy a private, covered balcony, stunning interiors, and full-size kitchen. It's all just a short walk away from the beach or town square, where you'll find a variety of upscale shopping and award-winning dining. Guests will have access to the Rosemary Beach fitness center, racquet club, 4 community pools, and private beach access.

The carriage house is a studio size that includes a king bed and queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 4 guests. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the king bed with a shower and an additional half-bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to entertain or prepare a meal with an oven, sink, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table for 2, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony for extra privacy.

31 Windward ln carriage house

We had a wonderful stay 360blue did a great job of addressing any issue and gave us a effortless weekend. The carriage house is as advertised very comfy. We would suggest having coffee filters and a cutting board. Other than that it was perfection. Rosemary beach is wonderful.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing and the space was just what we needed as a couple with a baby. Amenities included were wonderful. Our only complaint is response time from management—they forgot to leave us a key to access beach/pools and we weren’t able to get ahold of anyone for 48+ hours. Would still recommend the property!

Wine festival

Incredible experience. Home is completely updated. So close to the beach. Rooms had King beds which is rare. Will stay again! location. Could not be any closer to the beach. Carriage had an extremely comfortable bed. Laundry in the carriage. Furniture is brand new. Will definitely stay again!close to the Beach! We could see the ocean from our Carriage house. Big kitchen. Comfortable for a family of four. King size bed which we have never had in a carriage. Will definitely stay again!

September 2021 Stay

The carriage house was well equipped and comfortable. Backs up to Inlet Beach w gate allowing quick access to beach while staying out of the crowds in the center of RMB. The visit would have been excellence but we had an AC failure that lasted 24 hours. We are in the process of trying to connect with 360 management in hopes of receiving some consideration for the negative impact on our vacation.
