This newly renovated condo is located in the quiet Sengekontacket community which is centrally located to all the down-island towns, Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and Vineyard Haven. The 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo with a sleeping loft on the third floor, has been furnished with new coastal furniture and decor.
The amenities include beautifully landscaped tennis/pickle-ball courts, rare private access to Sengekontacket Pond with a private boat launch, and a private dock for swimming, fishing or kayaking. There are bike trails and wonderful areas in this community to run or take a leisurely stroll. This is Vineyard living at it's best!!

Condo on Sengekontacket Pond

when I paid to stay at this property, I thought it was a house w/ water view of pond since a picture of the pond taken from a deck is what came up when I was researching where to stay. I was disappointed to learn that it was a condo, not a house & no wayer view there.

Lovely condo in a mostly quiet community, great for families

Condo is spacious and clean. With 2 living rooms and loft space our family of 4 was very comfortable. Kids could bike around safely during the day. There were a couple nights of loud partying but we were there on July 4th and it just depends on who happens to be staying around you. Access to the pond was nice. Very scenic. There was an early issue with the rate. We booked a year in advance at one rate and I received an automatic email confirmation so I thought I was all set. No communication again until several months later, at which point we were told the rate for the week we booked is higher. I replied that we should get the rate advertised at the time. It’s not good practice to change a rate months after someone has booked. Carol responded a day or two later saying they will honor that rate. This wasn’t a great start but I must say things were fine after that. Carol checked in on us the week before we headed there and multiple times during our stay. Other than that one issue, it was a lovely experience.
