We enjoyed the Montparnasse location. The apartment really suited our needs and had a comfortable bed. The convenience to the Metro enhanced our travel.

Lovely Montparnasse apartment

This is a small but clean and well-equipped apartment in the heart of Montparnasse, close to Metro and buses, great cafes, shopping and within walking distance of Luxembourg Gardens. We found it easy to get around transit to major galleries and museums. I would happily stay here again.

Cosy stay in vibrant Montparnasse

A lovely, clean, functional aoartment in one of the most vibrant areas if Paris. Easy arrival access. Steep stairs to 4th floor but good lift access made it easy. TV did not wirk and atte.ots to organise help failed in spite of owner's efforts, larhlgely because of language barrier. We wiuld happily reccoment this apartment and would stay again.

A wonderful place for two—in the cold months

This apt, just off Rue de la Gaite is comfortable, well appointed, well located for getting all around Paris. Nice very small elevator. Good security. I love Montparnesse, and this property is in the heart of that area. The combination of a small living room, a good sized bedroom with large closets and a well equipped kitchen was perfect for us. Restaurants, retail, drug store, groceries… all right here. Easy access to the 4, 6, 10, 12, 13 and Montparnesse rail station. 12 minutes to Luxembourg Garden. I think it would be noisy at night during warm weather, as the outdoor bistros on the street are very popular and fill up most nights. The owner was very helpful. There are some negatives: the caretaker soeaks no English and has an unusual accent. My partner really struggled to communicate. The hot water is on some kind of timer, so now and then we’s run out and had to wait for the system to reset. The washer/dryer just did not work (of we couldn’t get it to work). But there is a laundry right down the block. Bottom line: lived staying here for almost three weeks. Would definitely go back.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Man kann sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Das Bett ist bequem und es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank. Wir haben den klappbaren Esstisch aus der Küche in das Wohnzimmer gestellt. Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten zu 3 Metro-Stationen, dem Bahnhof und zu Bushaltestellen. Mittwochs und Samstags gibt es 5 Minuten entfernt, auf dem Boulevard Edgar Quinet, einen - erstaunlich günstigen - großen Obst- und Gemüsemarkt. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und Bäckereien. Nicht zu vergessen, die vielen Restaurants direkt vor dem Haus und in den benachbarten Straßen. Nur die Lautstärke der Restaurants unterhalb der Wohnung war für uns ein kleines Problem. Wir mussten trotz Sommerhitze mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Wir würden jedoch trotzdem jederzeit wieder die Wohnung von Bernard mieten.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé à Montparnasse. L’appartement était propre, confortable et bien équipé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable et sans souci. La communication avec les hôtes a été fluide. Ils ont également été très accommodants en nous permettant de déposer nos bagages plus tôt à notre arrivée à Paris, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement très confortable, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Si vous désirez faire la cuisine, vous avez tous les ustensiles à votre disposition. L’immeuble est très bien entretenu et nous avons apprécié l’ascenseur jusqu’au 4eme étage. Montparnasse est un quartier très vivant avec tous ces restaurants, bars et théâtres. Les déplacements sont faciles avec plusieurs lignes de métro et d’arrêts de bus. Le Monoprix ouvert 7/7j jusqu’à minuit est un autre atout. Je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir.
