Pls do not adjust the fridge settings-bottom right is fridge only. Ice maker will not work correctly and guest will be responsible for repair cost.
Golf carts, trailers and boats are not permitted at the complex and will be towed by the HOA.

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay at their condo and in Ocean Isle. You can tell the owners took time to make our stay special because the place was so nicely decorated, was well equipped with supplies, was extremely clean and fit our family perfectly. Sitting on the deck was our favorite spot with its beautiful ocean view. We would definitely recommend this vacation spot.

Wonderful location

Beautiful property right on the beach and pool just outside the door. Beach was wide, white sand and no rocks. Everything needed was there and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. Nearby restaurants were great, and granddaughter enjoyed shops, ice cream and her own room with big screen TV. 3 bedrooms and 4 tvs meant everyone could pick their own selection. We all had a great time

Perfection at Ocean Isle Beach

Our family enjoyed a fabulous vacation at this property in June 2021. The unit is beautifully decorated and feels so cozy. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with everything you need for cooking a meal at home. The unit provides an incredible view of the ocean, beach, and pool. The owners did an excellent job of communicating before, during, and even after our trip to make sure our vacation was perfect. We can't wait to to book our return trip.

Family Trip 2024

We hadn't been back to Ocean Isle since I was pregnant with my first back in 1997. But when we booked our trip we had no idea our first would be having our first grandchild in October 2024. Family Favorite!

I wish we had been able to stay longer! It was the perfect location and a beautiful condo with anything you need. Be prepared for lots of steps, but it’s worth it! The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of four and spacious. Walking to the beach was simple - even with two kids! There are only steps at the beach access though, so a wagon or beach cart is challenging. Very quiet area with a beautiful beach full of seashells. Our family agreed that this was a favorite for us and we hope to return!

The perfect beach condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this condo! Everything was so perfect- from the decor to the comfy beds. It is so close to the ocean, it feels like you are practically sleeping on the beach in the master bedroom. We traveled with 2 kids- a 6 month old and 6 year old. The layout of the condo was perfect for mid day naps and provided good separation from all of the living space noise. We also loved watching the foxes each morning and evening on the balcony. Our family was so sad to leave. We are already trying to plan our next trip back!!!

Condo vs property

Condo is wonderful owners were great, grounds were gross. After complaints the management company did a little more but still really nothing to the pool. Trash all around bringing in ants that bite if you sit around the pool deck! Room was very clean and had everything you need for a great week but for the price I would have expected much nicer grounds and at minimum a sanitary pool area.

Oceanside West I, Unit E3 - July 23-30 Stay

Our family from West Virginia & Virginia loved our stay at Oceanside West I, Unit E3! The condo was wonderful and recently remodeled. The Owner (Kerry Doub) was great to work with and really communicated with us frequently. We would definitely stay here again. Our only concern is that the complex's pool is really small and outdated. It needs to be redone. But that west end of the island is perfect!

Beautiful Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to make meals. The view over the pool to the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. It was nice to be able to sit in the sun or move to the covered area when it rained. The owners contacted us at check-in and followed up to make sure everything was going well. The entire condo was very cozy and nicely done, and we would definitely recommend it!
