A great place! Great location for catching the trolley, getting good coffee & a bite. A very cool historic quiet neighborhood. Both front & back sitting areas fabulous. Comfy bed. The kitchen was a bit sparse for making a home meal…but we ate out at fab restaurants! Overall fabulousthank you for sharing
Exactly as described. Had a nice stay. The walk to down town was a little longer than expected. We ended up ubering back and forth and that worked fine.

House was comfortable. Close to some of the St Augustine places to visit. We had a problem with the bedroom television. The host took care of it in a timely manner. Very responsive host.we enjoyed our stay
For my one-month stay, I needed a couple more kitchen and household items. Ashish came right over and delivered them to me. He was very receptive to any questions and quick to reply.
The house was comfortable and clean.
We stayed for 2 months and felt very safe in the neighborhood.
We have visited St Augustine many times and Linconville is a great neighborhood.
Walking distance to town, beach a short drive away as well as many wonderful restaurants.
The owner, Ashish, was very pleasant to work with and very responsive to any issues we had.
This is a quant property in a quant neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. This is just the right size for 2-4 people. We read a previous summary regarding a lack of pans for cooking so we brought our own. We were glad we did. A few minor repairs could be addressed but overall a lovely property. Easy to get to downtown too.
We highly recommend this high ceiling house especially for 2 couples. We stayed here for my cousin’s wedding. Both bedrooms are spacious. One of them has spacious bathroom in suite. Clean and remodeled. Quiet neighborhood within 1 & 1/2 miles of downtown. Great backyard porch and stone fire pit for small get together! Ashish very responsive and polite. We would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I stayed here for five weeks. The house was just as described. It’s on a quiet street but close to the historical district.
The house has recently been renovated. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. There are plenty of plates/bowls/glasses and utensils. I did suggest to the owner that there is a need for a few more cookware items. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was excellent. He was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!
The positives: Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to historic downtown and restaurants, owner is very responsive and communicates quickly and was flexible to my schedule change.
Negatives: Seemed like remodeling wasn't quite finished yet( unpainted trim, etc) After staying in many homes in the area, just seemed to be lacking in quality( poor internet, no cable service) only had Netflix.
Overall good experience and none of the negatives would prevent me from renting this home again. Owner was VERY easy to work with.
Great place to stay. Back yard is incredibly peaceful.
My only recommendation is to bring your own pans if you plan on eating in, a few pots are supplied.
Ashish was always available to communicate with and provided some great recommendations for activity and food. The house is very spacious yet cozy, and while not walking distance to the main action, is very convenient to everything.
This house was super cute. Newly updated. Master bed was very comfortable. Memory foam. I went on this trip with another couple. I had the master bedroom with new bathroom. I will say the other couple was pretty unhappy with their room and bathroom. Bed was a full size and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very old and had a weird shower set up with little to no pressure. This isn’t an ideal place if you want both couples to be happy. If it’s just your kids in the extra room then it would be fine I think. The house gets very hot due to having its original windows. The great things were it’s location, host, and cleanliness. So if you can get over the extra bedroom and bathroom you will be set. Great restaurants in walking distance Fish Camp and the Ice House. So much fun stuff to do in this town. You will need to Uber or drive to most places.

Thanks, Melissa. Actually both bathrooms were updated and both bedrooms have queen size beds. The guest bedroom actually has the new mattress, so I’m not sure why your friends were unhappy unless it was because the bathroom was not attached to the bedroom perhaps. At any rate, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and exploring St Augustine.
Close to all the best parts of St. Augustine in a charming historical neighborhood. We brought our bicycles and were less than a mile to everywhere we wanted to go eat or see.
